The Kars area seems not to be a hot spot for tourists although full of history and stunning landscapes of steppes and mountains at the horizon. The hotel is well maintained, bathroom was well equipped, sink and shower drains were clean. A weakness of the hotel is the internet policy. It took the receptionist about an hour to login the passport data in order to get access. The internet was not very strong in the rooms. It was overloaded by the group of 40 people we were. There were very limited number of plugins in the room. General weakness of the hotels in the eastern part of Turkey seems to be the absence of comfortable plugins for charging of mobile phones next to the bed. Breakfast was reach on different types of cheese and olives. A local specialty of a kind of pancakes were prepared in front of the guest during the breakfast time.

Haftasonu tur ile gittiğimiz Kars gezimiz için kaldığımız otel. Herşey çok güzel giderken birden otel odasında ev için aldığımız kaşar ve balın eksildiğini farkedene kadar. Gerçekten büyük şok yaşadık otel yönetimine durumu anlatmamıza rağmen yeterli ilgi ve alakayı göremedik. Maddi kayıptan ziyade manevi olarak otelin ilgisizliği hatta bir özür bile dilememeleri bizi daha çok sinirlendirdi. Olayın peşini bırakmadık gerekli yerlere şikayette bulunduk ama hala otelden bir ses yok kamera görüntülerini istememize rağmen hala göndermediler.
