Excellent service and very good resort Staff service is excellent and very supportive

A very comfortable and high quality Chinese hotel. Perfect starting point for hilly bicycle and hike trips.

We were planning to stay for 1 night, but ended up staying for 3. I especially appreciated that the hotel provided wheelchair for my elderly parent to use during our stay. Thanks to the wheelchai ruse, my dad was able to visit more sites. Thank you so much for the unexpected service. Our courtyard hot spring room was huge, and the private hot spring pool was very convenient.

This was my 6th trip to this hotel. I don't think there will be a 7th. It seems every time I go things are getting worst. There are less pools open, the buffet is not as good as it used to be. I think I have only seen the outdoor pool open once. It is a shame as I love to go there when I have a business trip in Yuyao. Hopefully things will improve.

The hotel was lovely and the private hotspring in our courtyard was amazing. The kids playroom was a great place to lety 1 yearold run around and go crazy. Service was great and Deng Yuan Yuan was incredibly helpful . Room service menu could definitely use more options and a drinks menu but otherwise we had a great experience.

Although the hotel is a bit old, the room is large, clean and tidy. I stayed in a room with a private bath, so the children can take a bath at any time. The flowers in the yard are beautiful. The surrounding villages are quite lively and there are also places to eat.

The hotel environment is very good, fresh and elegant, the room is clean and sanitary, and freshly ground coffee is provided. The breakfast is rich in variety, and the freshly made [special dishes] are unforgettable. The detailed service makes people feel warm. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and choose here again next time I come to Yuyao!

I have been to the villa to soak in hot springs many times. The courtyard room is still worth recommending, although the price-performance ratio is not the best and it is a bit expensive. But I can't give up the private hot spring with its own courtyard. I just don't know whether this hot spring is real or not. Don't let it go!

I stayed here following a friend's recommendation. The hotel has a nice environment, plenty of parking spaces, and charging stations (both fast and slow). The king-size room I booked is on the 2nd floor. The room is 50 square meters and very spacious. There are windows and a small balcony. You can see the mountains from the balcony. The environment is excellent. The big bed in the room is comfortable to sleep on, and it will be even more perfect if the facilities in the room are upgraded! The hotel also has an indoor swimming pool, which you can try for free, which is great! In addition, the hotel breakfast is also very rich, and the whole accommodation experience is generally satisfactory.

The room is nice, large in size, and the decoration is a bit old. I booked a private pool in the courtyard, which is more private, and the hot spring water is unlimited. I stayed for two nights with my friends on a self-driving tour, and the overall feeling was good.

You can soak in the hot springs in the room, private and exclusive, 100 points, the children are super happy playing in the water, the breakfast variety is very rich, suitable for weekend leisure vacation, the hotel restaurant is also very delicious,

Facilities: The hotel is relatively old, and the room facilities are basically complete. The air conditioning in the first room had problems, and the service staff checked and changed the room. The air conditioning in the new room was good, but the outdoor space was a little smaller than the previous one. Hygiene: The private bath in the room is clean, you can drain the water by yourself, and there is a floor brush, so you can clean it yourself before use. Buffet dinner for two: Sashimi only had salmon and octopus, small seafood only had some shellfish, and the variety was not complete. Some Ningbo specialties can be tried.
