overall a good stay, but what you pay is what you get for, basic amenities only. no fridge or water boiler. but lobby had water dispenser. apart from that, if you reach earlier, early check in will be 20euros. and if you want to store your luggage at counter, will be 5 euros per locker. Huge shoutout to the friendly counter staff tho, very friendly and helpful, thankyou.

It is recommended for self-driving tours. The hotel parking is very convenient and the front desk is more polite. The surrounding area is safe and not noisy. I don't know if the transportation is convenient, but it is generally good.

I booked and paid in advance. I booked about three weeks before my arrival. But when I got there, I was told by the reception that I had to pay an extra €14.2. They told me that this was city tax, which tourists needed to pay. I really didn't understand it at that time. Hotel staffs: friendly but maybe a little bit impatient when I checked in. They asked for my name, and I want to show them my booking. They just repeated again “you only need to provide your name.” Room: very cozy and tidy and clean. The space is not very big but enough for 2 big luggages and still have space to move around. And desk is big enough to put all my facial products and Mak up. The washroom is clean and the water is hot enough. And the shower is good and the shower area is big enough. But no door for the shower place that makes the water wets the mattress and bathroom get wet easily. It’s the only thing I can find it not good. Others are very good. The bed is very comfortable especially after a whole day outing and get tired. I will miss the bed badly. Lobby: the lobby is spacious and the sofa is comfortable. I wait for the train there. Location: very near the train station zaandam, just a few minutes walk. And takes around 15-30 mins to central, it’s very convenient. The place is quiet, I can have a good sleep every night.

Honestly this is the best accommodation out of the others when I was travelling around UK/Holland/France/Germany. The location is spot on as it is just located at 3 mins walk away from Zaandam train station. The room is clean and the receptionists were very friendly and allowed us to keep our luggage at their storage room after we checked out. Additionally, the entire building appears to be newly renovated or newly built and all the facilities are in great condition. If I get a chance, I will definitely stay here if I ever visit Amsterdam again in the future. All in all, very happy :)
