As soon as we arrived after an hour of queuing at reception, we were told that we had a glamping tent even though we had reserved a luxury man's mobile. We show our reservation and even proof in our bank account that we paid for it. 1 hour goes by, a manager comes back to us with his reservation from an intermediary agency: our name appears with the tent and a lesser amount of €400. We are told that everything is complete and that we must accept the downgrading. Fortunately, the 24-hour chat service is there to help us because it's up to us to decide with trip! Arriving in the tent, we noticed that the TV was not tuned, the hot water came out rust-colored with a smell of tar. Forcing us to go to the toilet block. At the swimming pool we note that deckchairs and parasols are chargeable (7€/piece per day). Imagine the budget for 4!
