It is a homestay. You need to contact the landlord before checking in. There is a phone at the door, you can call, but the other party speaks Croatian. In the end, I asked the guy in the bar next door to help answer the phone. It is best to contact by email in advance to inform the check-in time, otherwise you need to wait. The landlord is very nice and introduced the nearby attractions and restaurants in detail. The room is also very beautiful, with a microwave and a refrigerator. It is in the old town, and taxis cannot go directly there, so you need to walk a short distance. You need to climb stairs, so please be careful if your suitcase is too big.

Great room in a great location. Had all the amenities, spacious, vaulted ceiling, quiet and comfortable. But best of all was Nina, the manager, who was welcoming, informative, and super helpful. Can’t wait to return.

Good location, clean apartment, helpful manager Great and central location in Zadar and easy to reach everything. The manager was very friendly and helpful, which made check-in and the stay simple. The apartment was clean, tidy, and matched the description, so everything was as expected. Overall, a good and straightforward place for a short stay.
