It was super dirty the carpet in the room. The restaurant breakfast was regular. The bathroom was old and not clean. The AC wasn't working properly we had to open the window 😑 .

A shot break in May, the position of hotel reasonable to the centre which is very walkable when have your bearings. The hotel did not provide daily service or cleaning, the room was sparse, TV had only basic coverage and not satellite as advertised. Bathroom very aged and due a deep clean, some unknown stains should have been attended to long ago. Breakfast was adequate, generally everything needed updating and refreshing.

The building is old but has a classic feel. Was surprised that the traditional key is still used for the room. Location is close to a mini market, a bakery, pizzaria, kebab store and walking distance to a tram/bus stop and Nikola Tesla museum.

It was terrible. The rugs smells so bad and must be ripped out and changed from the entire property. The toilet situation is even more dire. Unsafe and unclean is a few items to note and more efforts must be made on general cleanliness. Breakfast - jokes. Perhaps visit other hotels in the area and see how they organise their breakfast.

The Aircon not cold at all. Need to open window. The tap on washing basin and toilet seat is loose. The bed is so soft n sunken in. The breakfast is terrible. Location is good near to tram station. Size of the room is good.

i think the hotel is belong to 100 years ago :/ so old, nothing is working... breakfast is so basic. not recommended.

I recently stayed at Hotel Laguna Zagreb and, unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. First, the room I received looked nothing like the photos on the hotel’s website. The pictures show clean, modern-looking rooms, but what I got was an outdated, poorly maintained room with worn-out furniture and carpets. The overall condition felt neglected. The cleanliness was a major issue. The room was not properly cleaned—there was visible dust, stains on the bedding, and the bathroom was far below acceptable hygiene standards. It felt like the room had not been deep-cleaned in a long time. While the location is convenient and the staff at reception were polite, these positives did not make up for the poor upkeep and misleading presentation of the hotel. I felt like the hotel’s online photos were not an accurate representation of what guests actually receive. I would not recommend this hotel unless major renovations and improvements in cleanliness are made. It could have potential due to its central location, but the current state is far below expectations.

The towels were hilariously small. At first, I thought that the bath towels were face towels and the face towels were those small hand towels, but the receptionist told me otherwise. They did, however, provide us with extra towels at request, which was nice. The fridge was barely functional, it was so weak it barely made anything cold. And the 'AC' unit in the room didn't have an exhaust duct connected to the outside, so it only made the room warmer. We ended up just opening the window and the corridor door to create a draft. Overall the hotel had this sad, rundown vibe to it, but at the price point you can't really complain. The breakfast was nice.

The hotel is clean and basic amenities are provided. Reasonable with the price. Since I rely a lot on walking, the location is neither good nor bad. It was 2.5 km from the city center but since it is spring, the walk is really enjoyable.

The room was spacious and the receptionist very friendly. The bath was very moldy, the beds were quite small and the ac couldn’t be controlled. For a stay of one night its ok and it was the cheapest option for longer stays I would not recommend it.

Very old hotel. Nice but old. No problems with our accomodation.

Location is convenient, bus stop for tram is nearby

We cannot utilize air conditioner. Breakfast is good. Especially, there was a Croatian meal.
