Very quite and comfortable hotel in good location close to shopping mall.

Very disappointed about this hotel. First they wanted to charge me extra to check in 20 minutes before 3pm, then I had to pay for spa €30 (€15 each) but I was not aware about this when I checked in!! Also when I wanted to change a towel at the spa they request another €5/towel!! Excuse me but I didn’t wanted to buy your towels!! I will not return for sure!!

It was perfect. The service was amazing and the hotel and rooms were clean, luxurious and cozy.

There is a large shopping mall 200 meters to the left of the hotel, which is very convenient for shopping and eating. The hotel rooms are also very large. It only takes 40 minutes to get to the airport and is less than 10 kilometers away from the Upper Town of Zagreb. It is very convenient and a very good hotel.

I think whether this hotel is good or not depends on the price. If it is 700-800, it is OK. Except that it is 7-8km away from the main city, there is nothing wrong with it. If you are a little picky, the bed is still relatively hard. The breakfast is OK, the front desk service is good, and there is a refrigerator and a kettle in the room.

The room was OK! Just average service! Service: The attitude of the waiter at the swimming pool is particularly bad. His arrogant and rude attitude towards Chinese people again and again is very uncomfortable! Room service did not change towels or clean the room! The bar is not bad! Breakfast is also good! After staying for two days, there was no service, and the bathroom towels in the room were not cleaned at all! When I took my children to the swimming pool, the waiter's attitude was extremely bad. He was only targeting Chinese people. There were a whole room of people in the room. He insisted that we speak loudly and specially recorded a video. Our voices were not ours at all. It was extremely outrageous! It feels a bit ****** towards the Chinese! Not satisfied with the service here! A video of the swimming pool is provided so that everyone can see why we were so noisy. The massage SPA is arranged next to the swimming pool. It is not a bath, so how can there be no sound! When checking in, you can write a clear statement stating that children are not allowed to stay and no sound is allowed while swimming! It's so ridiculous. There was basically no sound from our child in this video. When the waiter came in, he came straight to us and asked us to remind the child to keep it down, but we didn't make any noise at all!
