Receptionist Darko is so helpful & friendly. Whatever inquiries you have he will help you. Thankful he helped us get a taxi to the airport for a good price. The staffs at the Butler restaurant are so helpful especially Maria-always with a happy face to greet diners. They are all accomodating in helping you choose the recommended cuisine to try. Location is very convenient to public transport. We tried to help the environment by not asking for change of towels everyday but the housekeeping are always eager to change our towels. Toilet in the room is very spacious. Breakfast is very abundant- a good start for the day. Electric sockets are limited in the room. Good location. Hope aircon is always working as sometimes not enough for a hot day. Windows can be opened but at night noises from the street. Unusual flavours but yummy pizzas for dinner..Not many English speaking channels on tv.

Beautiful hotel in a good and quiet location, friendly staff, delicious and varied breakfast, and one of the best pizzas I've ever had!

Everything was in order. It's a 5-minute walk to the bus station and about a 10-minute tram ride to the city center.

It is enjoy stay. Especially breakfeast and restaurant were good. Only rooms are little small.

The hygiene was acceptable, but the hotel facilities are a bit old. The service was very enthusiastic. I booked a king room, but I was given a twin room. It's also very close to the station, about a ten-minute walk, and it's convenient to take a bus to the city center.

Nice hotel at nice location. Staff is ultra friendly, while restaurant inside hotel offers good process for pizza and similar food.

The hotel is located in a quiet little neighborhood next to the major bus station. The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, they even gave me an extra sleeping pillow upon request. The room was livable, shower was tiny, and the view looked out into a cute backyard. The breakfast options were phenomenal and often went back for a second portion.

The hotel was really nice. There is a restaurant right inside the hotel with pizza and drinks. The staff is very nice and helps with everything. The room is cozy and comfortable.

Convenient location and near by FlixBus station. Just walking distance can arrive hotel.

We stay for a night , room was clean and compact. It was a good location for us enroute to next destination. Check in staff was friendly and helpful.

Only stayed the one night so didn't get the feel of the hotel. Breakfast wasn't the best. Room was a good size though, but strange to get an actual key for a hotel room these days not a card to enter.
