An absolutely fantastic stay at Nikos and Ana’s treehouse. They are both so lovely and welcoming and have thought of everything to truly make your stay very special. It is also possible to order breakfast and evening meal. Ana bought me some lovely fruit from the farm. Would love to come back and stay here. So clean, hot tub is fantastic and the views are stunning at any time of day. There is also an amazing private space in the garden with hammock, swing bench and bistro table and chairs. Stunning lit up at night too. Thank you so much Nikos and Ana

The sea views were breathtaking—waking up to that every morning was pure magic. The villa itself was stunning, with a private pool and a cozy terrace perfect for relaxing. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special—super friendly and attentive. Loved being so close to the beach and still having total privacy. If you’re looking for a perfect mix of luxury, views, and chill vibes, this is the spot! Can’t wait to go back someday. Highly recommend!

The accommodation was perfect and the staff were friendly. It was close to the sea, quiet and comfortable. I especially wanted to say thank you to Anastasia.

The hotel was really nice and clean. You can just relax here a couple of days no problem.

We stayed at Zante Pantheon for 5 nights and had a wonderful experience. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was exceptional. Our room, the common areas, and the outdoor spaces were always spotless and very well maintained. The breakfast was enjoyable, with a good selection of fresh options every morning. The pool, was always clean, tidy, and perfect for relaxing. We had dinner at the hotel only once, but it was absolutely outstanding. The food was delicious, freshly prepared, and the portions were very generous. We were truly impressed with the quality of the meal. Last but not least, all the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile. We highly recommend Zante Pantheon to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable hotel with excellent service. We would be happy to stay here again.

The hotel is clean, close to the beach, the staff is very nice, they arranged a pick-up service for me, and there is a small terrace where you can dry your clothes. But the tank has no door, so the water can easily flow out.

The property boasts an optimal location, ample parking, a meticulously maintained swimming facility, and a commendable breakfast offering. However, a significant operational inefficiency is noted: Greek coffee service ceases post-10:00 AM, and the espresso quality is subpar, at least.

Overall very satisfied, good service, clean, convenient parking, separate pool, separate courtyard, quiet environment, rich and fresh breakfast, very close to Zakynthos town, but need a car, otherwise it is not convenient.
