The hotel environment is superb, with a garden-style layout. Hedges separate the guest room backyards, and the terraced architecture features distinct layers of greenery. The service is excellent; bottled water is provided daily, and housekeeping is prompt. The staff are very friendly. We booked a yacht trip and a taxi through the hotel, and the prices were very reasonable. Breakfast is plentiful, with fresh squeezed orange juice and a variety of egg dishes. It’s fantastic. However, it's a bit far from the beach, though there are plenty of dining options nearby. The hotel's main advantage is its peaceful atmosphere. The beachfront areas tend to be lively and more for young people to have fun.

The rooms and the pool were incredibly comfortable. I wanted to stay at the hotel every day. It was perfect for a vacation; I could just come back and relax by the pool after a tiring day out. There are also restaurants nearby, and the hotel's own restaurant is quite good. The staff were very welcoming. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

They call it a five-star hotel, but it felt more like a guesthouse. The hot tub in our honeymoon suite was full of bugs. Even after asking them to clean it, it was still so dirty we couldn't use it. The hotel breakfast was also very mediocre. The staff, however, were very enthusiastic.

💁♂️Service: The service was incredibly warm and attentive. We arrived around 11 AM and checked in smoothly, without any issues with the 3 PM check-in time. During check-in, they offered complimentary local drinks, provided information on island routes, recommended tourist routes, and offered services like chartering boats and vehicles. They proactively helped with our luggage, as there were stairs on the way to our room, and even inquired about our check-out time to help us with our luggage ahead of time. There are spa, sauna, and concerts available, making it perfect for a relaxing vacation. 🍽️Restaurant: Breakfast is different every day, offering a variety of options and specialties. I personally found it to be a fairly substantial and refined Western-style breakfast, definitely worth getting up early for! Lunch and dinner at the hotel restaurant are on the pricier side, and the portions are small, just enough to fill you up, but the taste is quite good. It depends on your personal preference. The nearest restaurant is a 4-15 minute walk away, which is a convenient route to enjoy the sea view and buy souvenirs. 🧹Cleanliness: Cleaning is done daily, and I personally felt the cleanliness was quite good. Each room had four bath towels, two hand towels, two blankets, two bathrobes, and two pairs of disposable slippers. The bath towels are changed daily, and the pool is disinfected daily. 🛌Facilities: The rooms with private pools have very spacious and comfortable balconies and pool areas, with stunning views directly overlooking the sea. The color of the sea changes daily, which is quite magical. Best of all, the air conditioning is turned on before check-in. Who can understand the feeling of going into an air-conditioned room under the blazing sun? It's incredibly comfortable and a very thoughtful touch. The soundproofing is also good. The rooms are arranged at varying heights, so it doesn't obstruct the view. There are only two or three rooms side-by-side, and the pool is separated by partitions, ensuring undisturbed access. It's very comfortable, and you won't be bored even after spending a whole day in the hotel. It's perfect for relaxing.

The service was mediocre. Aside from basic services like calling a taxi, the room service was so poor they didn't even bring cutlery… and they kept pushing us to check out, having booked a taxi back to the city for us a day in advance… The hotel fridge only had two bottles of water… The cleanliness was appalling. The sheets were stained, and if we asked them to change them, they could only do so in the morning because the cleaning lady would be off work… and even then, the cleaning was perfunctory… The only redeeming quality was the hotel's luxurious, albeit somewhat lacking in detail… Breakfast was even worse. The selection was limited, and all the fruit was rotten… (The paid items were slightly fresher, but still had some rotten ones). P.S.: When we took a taxi to the hotel, the driver only accepted cash. We tried to negotiate with the hotel reception, but they absolutely refused to pay in cash. We ended up having to go down to an ATM to get the cash, which took over half an hour to get back to the hotel. A token apology, please! (The hotel definitely accepts cash because city taxes and other fees can be paid in cash... In short, the price and experience don't match; it's extremely poor value for money.)
