Hotel Tatra ★★★
"Trained and welcoming staff, excellent cuisine, unbeatable value for money, shame about the bowling alley that they didn't let us play even though one lane was empty and the other active"
Grand Hotel Stamary ★★★★
"I like this style of architecture. It’s hard to escape from reality."
Top Hostel Pokoje Gościnne ★★
"At a central location in Zakopane: close to bus stops where frequent transport is available to different parts of the national park, but also there is a Lidl nearby. The hostel is kept very clean and the facilities such as showers, toilets and lockers are in good order. Wifi works well, also in the rooms. There is a well-equipped kitchen where you can cook yourself. Good breakfast. At first I was hesitant to book, as the hostel is upstairs from a café with music, but after 10:00 PM it is quiet. Staff intervenes if other guests are making noise and ensure it is quiet at night. The experienced staff also speaks good English and is helpful with information on what to do in the area. Very friendly, I felt welcome and at ease. Many guests (some with odd behavior) on a relatively small space."
Geovita Zakopane ★★★
"Very clean but dated but very good snow views. Decent good breakfast too. Location not very good. But price is reasonable"
Radisson Blu Hotel & Residences, Zakopane ★★★★★
"The hotel is excellent, the bed is comfortable, and the service and amenities are top-notch."
Leśny Dworek Zakopane ★★★
"Perfect family getaway! Heartily recommend! 🌲🌟 We had an amazing 2-night stay in a double room here. The house is a beautiful wooden manor with a very cozy, authentic atmosphere. What we absolutely loved: Indoor BBQ Area: A separate warm indoor grill house where you can cook meat or local cheese regardless of the weather. Basement SPA Zone: A fantastic relaxation area on the lower level with a Finnish sauna, a huge jacuzzi, a dining table, a TV, and a powerful music speaker. The perfect way to unwind! Comfort & Hospitality: Spotlessly clean, super comfortable beds, and incredibly warm, welcoming hosts. Perfect location away from crowds, yet close to everything. Would definitely love to come back! ⛰️🧳"
Willa Excelsior ★★★
"Nice place to stay for one night. The room was clean and had nice decorations (Charlie Chaplin framed photos, bowler and swagger stick), but very small. The big variety of different food. All dishes were very fresh and tasty. Strongly recommend."
Apartamenty Jan ★★★
"A fantastic villa hotel! The rooms were clean and elegant, with excellent views and great proximity to many major attractions. It's within walking distance of the city center. The breakfast was delicious. A perfect four-day, three-night trip!"
Rysy Boutique Hotel ★★★★★
"The hotel is branded as a 5-star facility, but in reality it is far from that standard. At best, it is a solid 3-star hotel, and if one is being generous, possibly a low 4-star. The location is excellent, which is the hotel’s strongest point. The common facilities are acceptable but nothing exceptional or close to what one would expect from a 5-star property. The room itself was just OK, but again, not at a 5-star level. The pillows were clearly worn, the bed sheets looked tired and used, and overall the room did not feel properly clean. We also found a sock from a previous guest under the bed, which is unacceptable at any level, let alone a hotel claiming five stars. Breakfast was disappointing and definitely not 5-star quality—more in line with a mid-range 3-star hotel. That said, the restaurant staff were polite and friendly, which is appreciated. Similarly, at reception we were greeted by a very kind and welcoming lady, which was a positive note. In summary: great location, average facilities, below-par cleanliness, and a price that does not match the standard offered. For this cost, I would choose another hotel that actually meets true 5-star expectations, or at least comes close to them."

Aries Hotel & Spa Zakopane
"The hotel is great, close to the center and other attractions, very good fresh food and a very large selection. Smiling and helpful staff. Great SPA zone. I recommend"
Hotel Sabała
"Excellent stay"
Kompleks Antałówka Termy & Med
"We had an absolutely wonderful five-day stay at the Antałówka hotel in Zakopane over the New Year's Eve period. It was the perfect winter getaway for us and our two dogs! We stayed in a Deluxe Studio, which was fantastic. It was modern, quiet, and very spacious. The room provided a comfortable and relaxing sanctuary after a day out in the snow. A major highlight was the unlimited access to Termy Zakopianskie (Zakopane Thermal Baths). This was a brilliant addition that allowed us to fully relax, unwind, and warm up in the cold winter weather. The warm pools and sauna access really made the stay exceptional. The hotel's location is great, offering the best of both worlds. It is in easy walking distance from the bustling Krupówki street, where you can find plenty of restaurants and shops. Despite being close to the center, the hotel area itself was quiet. For breathtaking views, the nearby Antałówka Hill is a beautiful viewpoint of the Tatra Mountains and is just a short walk away. The stunning winter scenery truly added to the magic of our New Year's trip. The hotel lived up to our expectations, offering a clean, comfortable, and well-located base for exploring Zakopane. The staff were also friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Being a pet-friendly hotel was a huge bonus and made traveling with our companions stress-free. We highly recommend the Antałówka hotel for anyone visiting Zakopane, especially if you're looking for a relaxing stay with excellent amenities, great location and a place that welcomes pets. We would definitely return!"
Rezydencja Nosalowy Dwór
"The room was clean, the service was pleasant, the breakfast was very good and had a large selection."
Zespół Dolina Białego - Pensjonat Biały Potok
Villa T Apartments & SPA
"It was a nice property in terms of location and facilities, but Staffs were focusing on getting the money more than customer satisfaction, we faced more than issue and they were not cooperative, l'll mention two as examples, 1- they've rejected to let us check out at 12 pm and they insist to let us leave at 11:00 while next check in time at 3 pm, most properties in the world have the check out time at 12:00 pm. 2- They deducted 1000 PLN for small paint defect which not costing even 200 PLN, will attach the photo for people to judge."
Bachleda Hotel Kasprowy
"I recommend this hotel to families with young children. The hotel's location and views are amazing. The meals were very good and varied. The 'Family' pool area is very well designed. The rooms have been renovated, and having a bathtub was a definite plus. It's worth taking advantage of the packages, as additional services are then included or cheaper. The only issue was the long wait for the elevator, but I think that's due to the ongoing renovation of the property."
Helan Family & Spa
"A cute little sray which is very well managed. it has an indoor pool, spa and even masaages can be booked. Great location with a view towards Tatras ...cannot complain..its like a fairy tale stay sooo relaxing"
Hotel Wersal
"Very nice hotel, bit outdated but clean and amazing amenities and lovely service."
Hotel Dwór Karolówka
Willa Labelle
"Just “okay” at best. Clean but meager in decor and no amenities. Not special or nice or charming in any particular way. There appeared to be a great number of small charming hotels in Zakopane and this was not one of them. Somewhat noisy and although the manager had passable English, the staff did not."
Czarny Potok Wellness & Spa Zakopane Centrum
"Just a 2+ star hotel... Hotel is centrally located (300 mts from the main pedestrian street) in a busy but quite silent street/road. Very small and not appealing reception. The hotel has a small but pleasant garden sorrounding part of it. The decor of the hotel and rooms is old-fashioned. Our room (#226) was spacious with a small living room and had a little varanda, but it smelled like cigarette smoke. The whole hotel is a non smoking premises though. To all rooms in the 2nd and 3rd floor the acess is by stairs only, not very convenient if you're carrying lugagges or have health problems...or both. No room service available. In general quite nice staff, speaking reasonable english and willing to solve problems (e.g. our room safe got blocked and was quickly unblocked by the receptionist). Average acceptable quality breakfast, in quite a cosy area though. Old fashioned, but nice relaxing and clean spa area with a small sauna, jacuzzi and a (aprox. 10 X 5 meters size) indoor swimming pool. No outdoor acess from there, just a couple of narrow windows. It opens from 4 to 10 p.m. No slippers or bathrobes are provided, only towels. There are lockers for storage at the Spa area entrance. In our check-out date (23.06.2024) the only credit card machine available was out-of-order, so I had to go to and ATM to draw money on purpose. Outdoor hotel car park is paid (30 zlt per day). 🔹Conclusion: Not really cheap for what it offers, but it is in a touristic central zone...maybe there are better alternatives! "
Hotel Gromada Zakopane
"Very old, long history hotel. Location is good with basic amenities. Breakfast buffet is sufficient with food varieties too. Guests enjoy 15% discount in the sports theme pub/restaurant below. Staff knowledge of transportation and prices is not very updated."
