Geovita Zakopane
"It’s a really great place to stay. It takes approximately 15 minutes to the bus station by foot. The facilities are cool. I had a quite spacious room with spectacular view on the mountains. Breakfast is with good selection and food is yummy. The only disadvantage is for three day stay the room wasn’t cleaned and a trash bean wasn’t cleaned either. Nevertheless I liked staying there and I would exactly recommend this place."
Rysy Boutique Hotel
"Stayed for three nights. Room with jacuzzi excellent, spotlessly clean, as was the whole hotel. Choice of breakfast was outstanding, best we have experienced. Location was perfect and staff very helpful. Three very good days, will hopefully return one day."
Willa Excelsior
"Very nice hotel with cozy rooms, I highly recommend the breakfast."
Hotel Skalny
"Was fantastic 2 nights! Although the hotel is officially rated 3 stars, it truly exceeded expectations — it felt like a 4-star experience in every aspects! The breakfast and the diner too was excelent. Good parking place. Good for the groups. "
Grand Hotel Stamary
"I like this style of architecture. It’s hard to escape from reality."
Aries Hotel & Spa Zakopane
"highly recommended great location will definitely refer this hotel to other families and friends"
Hotel Tatra
"Excellent hotel. The staff is so-so. I asked for a quiet room and they gave me a room with windows overlooking the playground! ))) But we love this hotel!!! We had a birthday party and didn't get any birthday wishes... Overall, it seems like the hotel hasn't developed over the past few years, but has been deteriorating... such a shame! We truly loved it... will we come back again?! I don't know... more likely no than yes."
Gold Hotel
"Lovely hotel. The location is a little way from the town centre but a nice 20+ minute walk or £8 taxi. Rooms were spotless although bedroom carpets could do with a clean. Breakfasts however were very average at best. Sauna area was superb, 4 hanging chairs, a lava heated sauna with a second electric sauna. Best of all an ice tub for a bit of Wim Hoff experience. Best part of the hotel are the staff Artu and the lady on reception went over and above and were so incredibly helpful with anything needed. They are both a huge asset to the hotel!"

Zespół Dolina Białego - Willa Pan Tadeusz
"Great peaceful side of town. Still walkable distance to all the happenings. Great value considering they include the aqua park pass and breakfast."
Rezydencja Nosalowy Dwór
"The room was clean, the service was pleasant, the breakfast was very good and had a large selection."
Hotel Belvedere Resort&Spa
"Because of the war, my flight was cancelled at the last minute. I didn't have time to cancel the hotel. I contacted both the hotel and the agency in the morning. They refused to cancel the payment. They charged me the full cost of the room for two nights, although they knew I wouldn't be able to check in. And they didn't even respond to my letter. This is not humane. I don't recommend it to anyone."
Lipowy Dwór
"It was great to stay in the hotel, the location is near most of the attractions. Comments: - Well decorated apartment, I booked the largest one, number 4 its located on the ground floor, which is 54m. It had 2 bedrooms and a foldable sofa bed in the living room plus 1 toilet. - Garage parking in the basement for free. - 7 minutes walk to the city centre. - Friendly staff and the lady in the reception are supportive. - Small pool in the hotel with a jacuzzi and sauna. - Cleaning is not included it costs 100 PLZ per request. - Free towels daily if needed."
Nosalowy Park Hotel & Spa
"Great hotel"
Villa T Apartments & SPA
"Amazing!"
Bachleda Hotel Kasprowy
"We like this hotel...this was our 3th visit here.this hotel is very good, good possition - near ski area, perfect food/restaurant and great wellness. But during our last stay we were quite dissapointed - 1.cleaning services wasnt good (we had to ask them if they can put our trash away from our room after 2 days) and 2 issue we had with kids club - opening hours till 7:00 pm - I think it can be longer, They were finish with kids attraction 2 hours earlier than are closing time, and plugs in kids club are not safe - its quite danger. I hope they will change these things in the future because this place deserve it - because its beautiful place for winter holiday.😉"
Helan Family & Spa
"I really enjoyed my stay at Willa Helan. The hotel is unique with plenty of character, it is decorated traditionally. The rooms are also traditional with their decor and furniture which is nice as you feel somewhere different, unlike chains where every hotel looks the same wherever you are in the world. The booked a single room and I found the bed to be comfortable. My only negative was the room was too hot for me even with the autumn temperatures of October, although this could be a how the Polish prefer their room temperatures to be as I found it to be very hot on the overnight sleeper train also. I opened the window for the duration which did help somewhat. The location is convenient as the centre is easily accessible by a bus which is frequent and operates late into the evening, the area surrounding the hotel is peaceful and pretty and there’s the benefit of of a few restaurants and shops within a 5 minute walk of the hotel. The facilities are excellent, the spa has multiple saunas as well as a steam room whilst the pool also comes with a large jacuzzi. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they all spoke very good English so communication was never an issues. The breakfast which was included with my booking was delicious and the buffet was plentiful. As a vegetarian I could always create a plateful of food. I especially enjoyed how they use local produce such as the mountain cheeses. I would definitely stay again in the future. Thanks for enjoyable stay Willa Helan!"
Top Hostel Pokoje Gościnne
"At a central location in Zakopane: close to bus stops where frequent transport is available to different parts of the national park, but also there is a Lidl nearby. The hostel is kept very clean and the facilities such as showers, toilets and lockers are in good order. Wifi works well, also in the rooms. There is a well-equipped kitchen where you can cook yourself. Good breakfast. At first I was hesitant to book, as the hostel is upstairs from a café with music, but after 10:00 PM it is quiet. Staff intervenes if other guests are making noise and ensure it is quiet at night. The experienced staff also speaks good English and is helpful with information on what to do in the area. Very friendly, I felt welcome and at ease. Many guests (some with odd behavior) on a relatively small space."
Willa Jan
"We all loved the hotel and it was very comfortable."
Hotel Sabała
"The hotel is new, with beautiful scenery, a warm and cozy atmosphere. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, and it’s conveniently located near the attraction"
Pokoje Javorina
"I loved my stay here so much, I really wanted to extend it. Everything was perfect, and I will definitely be back, if possible. Friendly, attentive service when required, fine breakfasts and wonderful restaurant with superb fare, in charming setting."
