The hotel is nice with very helpful staff. Breakfast is good and the serving time is awesome as guests can relax and wake up.Enough space for everyone to sit and eat. The kids also have a nice play area.The people at the reception are very courteous and one of them even arranged the transport at the end moment for us to the airport. They even guide if we have any questions regarding the commuting to locations. The timing for the swimming pool can be made continuous and not closed between 12:00-13:00. That was a little weird as guests can go anytime they want during the daytime.

The hotel is great, close to the center and other attractions, very good fresh food and a very large selection. Smiling and helpful staff. Great SPA zone. I recommend

Stayed for 3 nights on our first trip to Zakopane and loved this hotel! Very high standards for the price you pay (we found it very very reasonable!!). Our room was nice, the bathroom/shower was huge and bed very comfy. The pool area was nice but quite cold! Overall decor of the hotel was very nice, but agree with some of the previous reviews that there's not much of a lobby/reception area to sit but didn't really bother us. Can't comment on the restaurant that much as we chose to ate out, but we enjoyed breakfast! The breakfast buffet had a lot of Polish offerings if you wanted to try, but can order a la carte items from a menu which were really nice - would recommend the French Toast! Great location to walk into the centre of Zakopane (took approx 10 mins) and great to come back into the warmth after being out in the snow all day! Would definitely come back to this hotel if we return to Zakopane again.

The hotel was a few days at the end of October. The weather was fine - it was beautiful 😃👍 Hotel is a very large hotel divided into five stars and three. (Versal) We had the opportunity to live in 5*😊 It was a double room(deluxe) quite large with a beautiful balcony and a mountain view (unfortunately covered with raw roofs of houses standing right next to the hotel and constantly under repair in one of the properties. ) It was a little uncomfortable ☹️ The room is nicely equipped (no bark in such a hotel class a little strange-unless it is due to a pandemic) Breakfast and dinners are very good, staff are nice. Hotel location very good (everywhere close) For us it was a nice stay 😊 Everyone must decide whether the hotel is worth these stars and 😊 prices

Great Hotel. Large Room. Superb Breakfast. Stunning location with great views. Only criticism is that the main restaurant in the hotel closed at 19.30. Adjacent one on same complex served great food so no major problem

A memorable experience! Walkable distance from city center. You can get transport for famous places from there. Beautiful and huge park near by as well. Western and english breakfast with lots of varieties. Special counter for kids! Entry to thermal bath for hotel guests. Of course chargeable. Perfect gateway for family, friends and couple. I will definitely visit again. Few suggestions: Pre book thermal bath and breakfast to save some bucks! Indian restaurant nearby!

A very inviting hotel with an interesting history. We went in December 2023 with Zakopane covered in powder snow, which made the hotel look like a fairytale castle. The rooms are nice and well-equipped (water heater, instant coffee, tea bags and courtesy bottled water). We did not use the spa and the restaurant, so no comment on this. The staff is very friendly and speaks English. You can reach many interesting spots in town walking (train and bus station are located at a 5-min-walk). Would definitely stay again at this hotel.

The hotel is very nice, the room is well designed and finished, the service is nice, the food is good, you can see that everything is thoughtful.Super location opposite the ski school, very cool area around the hotel. However, I do not fit a few things: an inconscious mark - passing the 1 floor connector we are on the 3rd floor. Not snowed enough parking area, nor getting out of the hotel to the street, the road is narrow, walking there non stop lots of skiers because they don't even know that on the other side of the hotel *** there is also a pass and there is a traffic stop. The departure for a few days was not well snowed, also the area before the main entrance to the hotel was not snowed for a while and my car was swimming there in the snow. Parking spaces so that pick up with 4x4 drive had a problem to park, no one hired the service to snow-snow parking spaces or even put the shoulders to each one to snow-snow around the car. The air in the room is very dry which is common in hotels but the cable was broken. Part of the restaurant super, I was missing only milk without lactose and vegetables to choose from. Quite a small part of the spa as many people and one sauna completely unmarked, even if it is not known? However, the hotel was very much liked and I'll definitely come back again:D
