The AC leacked water inside the room, the bathroom faucet, shower handles are not that clean.

"This was our second time staying here, and it has officially become our go-to home away from home! Every time I return from my contract as a seafarer, my family and I look forward to spending 2 to 3 days here to unwind.The location is absolutely perfect right in the center of the city, making it incredibly convenient to walk to the nearby mall, restaurants, and essential establishments. Our room was spotlessly clean and offered a fantastic city view that my family loved. The breakfast buffet was delicious with excellent variety to start our mornings right. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the incredibly friendly and welcoming staff who always make us feel valued. We will definitely be back for my next vacation!"

There is some disturbing random peiple knocking the door but the staff was very kimd to assist us and make sure tht it wont happen but so far room and location is very good

Honest review ever o hotel is the best hotel in city proper of zamboanga city that i have stayed, staff are so accomodating and the facility is clean.

Great place to stay !

I have stayed in this hotel for so many times,one of my favorite hotel in Zamboanga city..But sometimes i still experience kettle not working,aircon is not so cold,and 2 times i experience giving me the wrong room,thats not what i booked..But overall i still recomend this hotel..😊👍

They were very accommodating and nice. The room is clean as always. One of their staffs proactively assisted my mom in connecting to their wifi since my mom is not a techie. This is my parent’s third time staying in this hotel and will definitely book again! Highly recommended! 💓

Good and clean

The place us very convenient for solo Travellers, you can book a taxi anytime in the vicinity. However if you have a car, you should call in advance because of limited parking space.

Nice Locayion

This my second time booking this hotel. The first time was really bad. This time it was ok. The floor is not sticky anymore but the bathroom smells like urine even the first time i entered. But it has improved; maybe because i booked a better type of room. The breakfast is what is so sad. Taste is not good. I hope they improve the taste and the time. I hope breakfast is open earlier and closes late to accommodate earlier flights. 2.8/5
