Great!
It was actually really great. The room was spacious and clean. I ate dinner at their restaurant and the black tagliatelle with scampi was delicious. As I had to leave the hotel early I asked the reception for breakfast to go. When I received my breakfast it was a huge amount, enough both for breakfast and lunch, and it was really good. The salad included was probably the best salad I have ever had.

Hotel Artis jest położony zaledwie 2.5 km pieszo od centrum Zamościa. Jednocześnie po drugiej stronie ulicy w razie potrzeby znajdziemy markety tj. Lidl i Biedronka. Spędziłem w hotelu 2 noce; mój pokój jak i łazienka były czyste i wyposażone w TV, czajniczek, klimatyzację i biurko pozwalające na pracę. Na uwagę zasługuje fakt, że jest to jedyny 4-gwiazdkowy hotel w Zamościu. Co się z tym wiąże mamy do dyspozycji basen, strefę SPA, masaże, tężnię solankową, siłownię, kręgielnię. Nawet przy złej pogodzie jest tutaj zatem co robić. Dla rodziców a w zasadzie ich dzieci czeka bawialnia. Hotel oferuje też ciekawe pakiety pobytowe. Dla chcących zorganizować tutaj czy to konferencję czy imprezę typu wesele czekają natomiast odpowiednie do tego sale oraz pomieszczenia konferencyjne. Żeby zapewnić odpowiednią bazę dla aut goście mają do dyspozycji monitorowany parking, mogący pomieścić pond 100 aut (w tym miejsca dla autokarów). Ciekawostką jest figura mamuta w skali 1:1, która stoi majestatycznie na trawniku przed hotelem; jest to związane z wykopaliskami, które miały tutaj miejsce i bardzo ciekawym odkryciem. Po więcej informacji zapraszam do Pań na recepcji.. Co do strefy gastronomicznej, to śniadania w formie bufetu z dużym wyborem potraw na ciepło (naleśniki, racuchy, kiełbaski, jajecznica) oraz na zimno a także co osobiście widzę 1szy raz-sokowirówka, w której można przyrządzić świeży sok z marchwi i jabłek. Świetny pomysł!! Dodatkowo dla fanów czegoś mocniejszego maszynka z winem musującym. Jest smacznie i zdrowo. Panie na bieżąco uzupełniają braki; każdy wyjdzie stąd zadowolony. Podsumowując warto się tutaj zatrzymać planując odwiedziny Zamościa!

Pierwsza noc nieprzespana, łóżka twrde jak deska. Rano recepcjoniska nie wykazała większego zainteresowania problemem, musiałem sam proponować jakieś możłiwe rozwiązania. Pokój dość przyjemny, ale kompletny brak wieszaków na kurtki, jeden wieszaczek w łazience i "aż" 4 wieszaki w szafie. Restauracja bez klimatu. Za to całkiem przyjemny basen i strefa SPA. Gdyby nie recepjonistka, która drugiego dnia pobytu wieczorem zainteresowała się naszym komfortem, nie oceniłbym hotelu na więcej niż 2/5.

Hotel położony trochę na uboczu, ok. 30 minut do Rynku Zamościa, ale to jego zaleta - ładny teren wokół, cisza i spokój. Zbudowany jest w miejscu gdzie wykopano kości mamuta (ciekawostka, są zdjęcia w recepcji). Pokoje nowocześnie umeblowane i czyste. Śniadania obfite i czysto podane. Basen i parking w cenie. Personel życzliwy i kompetentny. Można wypocząć przed/po zwiedzaniu Zamościa. Polecam ten hotel.
