Baymont by Wyndham Zanesville

Workers were kind and polite! it was very clean and quite! always willing to fix things or move you when available!

This place was a disaster and EVERYTHING smelled like cigarette smoke or pot. I asked for a different room and the second room was worse. I was there with 2 coworkers who said there rooms were terrible too. We all left after abut 15-20 minutes and went somewhere else.

Waited almost 20 to 25 mins at the front counter well the manager was hanging out with her friends . Said they were all fixing a t.v togather . Pile of cigarettes at the back entrance . With broken down machines piled up . The room smelled like cigarettes even though there were no smoking signs everywhere . The blinds didn't work and the highway boise was terrible

Dirty and outdated hotel with old carpet smells Hotel was severely outdated. Bad smells, dirty carpets, old furniture, no elevator, small breakfast eating area, very overcrowded during breakfast time. It looks like it was an afterthought! Clearly not designed for an eating space. One room had an old dresser and the drawers wouldn’t stay closed so we had to turn it around towards the wall to keep the drawer closed because we kept bumping into it. The outlets were old and couldn’t keep the plug in it. Clearly not Wyndhams best! I guess they are trying to upgrade the place but they haven’t gotten to it all yet. It’s old tv’s and furniture piled under the stairs. Spiderwebs everywhere in the stairwells. Keycards had to be reprogrammed several times a day. The other room smelled like cigarette smoke and an ashtray,the bathroom looked like they needed some repairs, like it was cleaned to the best of their ability and it was still dirty (worn out) the night latch on the door was broken off, the carpeting needs to be removed and replaced with laminate or something else because it is holding all the odors of its past!!! I tried to get another hotel but they wanted $400 for 2 nights and I wasn’t going to do that because we needed 2 rooms. Service was ok, but the guy that was at the front desk was a creep and very weird. He just kept watching us and popping up outside when we were out sitting at the worn out table in the back of the building. I told him he was a creep and he didn’t even care.

Great for a overnight stay Nice indoor pool, sufficient breakfast, comfortable room, safe with pleasant staff.

The room had the following deficiencies: Bathroom- sink did not adhere to wall, was tilted, smoke detector was missing with only wires handing out of the ceiling, bathroom towel rod was broken so they used a luggage rack to hold all towels in the room. Outlet in bathroom was painted over the safety button, poor water pressure from shower head. The breakfast area did not offer any COLD WATER unless you paid for it. I have pictures of all the deficiencies. Makes "Wyndam" look very poor. I am a member and sad to say.
