Quality Inn & Suites

Both times i stayed at this hotel the hottub was too cold to get in. Both times i got a jacuzzi tub in my room. On yhe second stay i couldnt even shower let alone use the jacuzzi tub (or hottub) during my stay. The had no towels at the pool on my first visit and i went to front desk at 10am sunday morning and was told there were no pool towels clean. The second time i stayed i looked first and once again no towels clean. Same rude lady that said she was the manager. I travel to Zanesville every othet week. I will never useca choice hotel again.

From the desk to housekeeping, the facility was wonderful. Thank you to Kelly in Housekeeping for making accommodations. Will stay again.

Constant Noise Everything was fine until night time. Check in was great. The lady at the front desk was kind, the room was nice. But the noise in this hotel was something I have never experienced before. We travel several times a year, have stayed in at least 100+ hotels, and I have never been kept up by constant ongoing noise. I am not sure if its because we had a room close to the lobby, but between the doors slamming, the people talking and cussing in the hallways and lobby, and best of all the party going on in a near by room, it was impossible to fall asleep or stay asleep. A woman was singing at the top of her lungs for at least an hour going past 1am. My kids who had a dance competition the next morning were woken multiple times by the singing and screaming from the party. I was honestly stunned that no one in the hotel addressed this. There is no way that I was the only one that could hear this going on. It did eventually stop after 2am sometime, so maybe they did address it, but it went on for a long time before it ended. For having to be at a dance comp for 14+ hours the next day, it was a terrible experience, and probably wont book that hotel again the next time we are in Zaneville.

The room was clean, the staff was great, the one thing that I didn’t like was the noise, you have kids running around and being loud all hours of the night, we could not get any sleep, I don’t know why they keep the pool open till midnight.

Our stay was decent. Only issue was a loud family next to us. The walls are thin and the noise just travels easily. Some sound proofing would have made the experience better.

This is an older facility but very well kept up. Everything was clean. The staff was very friendly. Easy in and out to the rooms. Walking distance to food places. Breakfast was good. For a one night stay with three adults, one teenager and 2 dogs...we were satisfied!!
