藏王之森俱樂部接待職員雖然不大懂英語，但態度誠懇有禮，不難溝通，旅館坐落山區，環境十分清幽、美麗，只是從仙台站乘巴士到遠刈田温泉站後，因是小鎮又遇上星期六，鎮上完全沒有的士，後得一帶公羊的日本男士帶路，領我們一行8人，推著行理箱山過山地步行約45分鐘才到旅館，如果旅館方面能重新安排收費車從仙台站接送我們一定樂意重遊。

酒店沒有電梯🛗 滑雪季節行李上下很不方便 説電梯🛗在修理中 其實就是在從新造電梯中 小童入住時候的説明基本沒有最後以成人標準收取了費用 非常的不合理 攜程的管家非常耐心的幫助處理了問題 但感覺酒店對應應該是在敷衍 讓人失望 以後不會選擇入住這個酒店 但再次感謝攜程管家工作人員給予的耐心協調

初めての利用でしたが貸切露天風呂が気持ちよくて感動しました。 部屋も広くて開放感があり快適でした。 料理は量より質重視のメニューが続きまるで夢のようなひと時でした。 他の方の口コミ通り素晴らしい旅館でした。 おかげさまでゆったりと休暇を過ごすことができたことに感謝です。
