This is the most overpriced garbage hotel in the middle of nowhere. There is no food anywhere. There is no public transport because it’s in the middle of a large truck parking lot with no other amenities in sight. I can’t believe the price they charge for this place. The front desk staff were nice so I gave it 2 stars. You’ll have to pay almost 20 euros in Uber just to get to food and the city centre one way. There is nothing here. No restaurants, no facilities, nothing. It’s a reflection of Zaragoza itself.

This hotel is located far from attractions, located in an industrial area with lot of trucking loading area, not worth the money, definitely not 4 stars hotel! The temperature was not able to be regulated, either too hot or too cold.
The breakfast was ok, but the dinner was good food,
except the parking garage door was hidden in area that can’t find to open or exit with room key.

Restaurant at the hotel real. Food turned up cold .sent back to kitchen and still turned up cold. Not good. Black cake was best part of meal. Attitude was sorry and thats it. Not good for a 4* holel.i wouldn't eat here again if i can help it. Although booked in for breakfast so we shall see how that goes.

We were travelling across Spain to get back to our home after over a year. First time staying in a hotel post lockdown and a bit apprehensive but delighted by this hotel. Firstly the staff, so friendly and welcoming. Every Covid protocol followed to the letter. It was clean and felt so safe. Ok it's in the middle of an industrial estate and hardly scenic but it is just off the motorway and not in a busy tourist area. It was exactly what we needed. Our evening meal was really good and very reasonable. Secure car park a real bonus as the car was loaded to the hilt! We will definitely stay here again when travelling through.

Hotel de 4 estrellas que no se corresponde con esta categoría. Hemos estado alojados 4 noches y la verdad que bastante decepcionados relación calidad- precio. La habitación está limpia pero la televisión es súper antigua y los mandos súper dañados. El desayuno dejaba bastante que desear, servicio de cafetería muy escueto de horario y sin servicio de habitaciones. El personal en general correcto menos un empleado de la recepción que se comportó bastante serio y sin interés.

El hotel se encuentra en un poligono donde hay mucha actividad, pero no impide que sea un hotel tranquilo , no se escucha ruido .Buen acceso y facilidad para aparcar, justo al lado del hotel.Habitación amplia y bien acomodada.En general , hotel muy recomendable.

Genial, pedimos habitación con 2 camitas. Las camas grandes y muy cómodas. La opción del spa, estupenda, muy bien organizado y lo mejor ... el personal del hotel, super amables y serviciales por encina de todo. Encantados, seguro que volveremos
