Hotel bien situado, moderno, en zona tranquila, junto al centro comercial Gran Casa y a unos 20min andando del centro y de la basílica del Pilar y con parada de tranvía en la puerta. Estuvimos en una habitación estándar, de tamaño mediano, suficiente para estar a gusto unos días. La cama era cómoda y el mobiliario en general cuidado. La calefacción funcionaba perfectamente y no se oían ruidos de otras habitaciones ni del pasillo. El tamaño del baño era suficiente para dos personas, buena temperatura del agua caliente y buena presión del agua que para mí es muy importante. La bañera se veía un poco deteriorada, con la típica silicona un poco ennegrecida y rematada regular, así como el cristal, siempre insuficiente en la mayoría de hoteles para que el agua no se salga fuera de la bañera. Del desayuno no podemos opinar porque solo cogimos alojamiento (hay suficientes sitios alrededor para desyunar a un precio razonable).

Es la primera vez que nos alojamos en éste hotel.
Lo hicimos porque estábamos ayudando en un curso, que se impartía en el WTC, justo al lado.
La ubicación excelente, y el centro comercial "Gran casa" al lado.
La habitación muy acogedora. El baño era muy amplio.
La cama muy cómoda.
El que la habitación no fuera excesivamente grande, permitía que la calefacción se notase en seguida.

I give 4 star for hotel condition cause of the bathroom without dehumidify system or not working properly, in hot summer after warm shower it left bathroom very uncomfortable. Otherwise it is perfect for a short stay.

Hotel staff were great, especially reception. Hotel itself was good, with spacious room and bathroom. Location is about 20 mins walk from centre which we really enjoyed. Parking on site was also very good, with parking spaces being of a decent size.
