I spent two nights including breakfast. Nice and clean hotel with Option for parking.

The hotel’s location is perfect and the room is spacious even though it is a single room, hope it would come with a coffee machine. There is a mini bar and a complimentary water. The breakfast also tastes and looks good enough.

Nice location with river views and 2min walking distance to "Basilica del Pilar". Great value. We tried the restaurant and it has good quality food at a reasonable price.

Great location, just steps from Plaza del Pilar, the Ebro River, etc. The hotel was generally good, although the room we had was a bit small in my opinion compared to other hotels in the same NH chain. Breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly. Private parking was a bit expensive at €22 per night.

The hotel is in a great location. The cathedral is just opposite. It's very convenient to travel. The city is not big and everything can be reached on foot. There was a major power outage on April 28, but the hotel power was restored at around 6pm. No unpleasant experience.

The hotel is in a good location and you can see the cathedral from the room. There is a tram and a market downstairs. The hotel does not provide slippers and the breakfast is average.

Everything was perfect. A good central hotel very close to the Pilar. Large, very comfortable rooms.

The room was cleaned very late. You left early, came back around 3 p.m. to rest, and they hadn't come all morning, although they left a paper towel in case you needed towels.

I don't understand why I can't check in one day earlier. I just changed the check-in time, and I had no choice. I was told that no matter what, even if I didn't stay that night, I would not get a refund, and I couldn't change the check-in time.
