I am a guest of your's. I am very happy here. I sing highly of your service. First of all, the hotel is so beautiful. It looks like a garden. I enjoy it. Then, foods are delicious and some of them are amazing. Most important reason is that the bed is so big and soft that I don't want to get up every morning. It's wonderful here. Not 5 stars. Who in the name of the Father gives these Stars rating? It’s more a business/convention center hotel next to a Shopping mall with cinema. Poor menu in the Cafe Hotel looks rundown. It may used to be 5 stars but not any more. Wouldn’t dare to use a spa here. Check in - fair though not many information about Zaragoza as in other hotels in Rioja. The city is big and busy. So, some pointers about moving in the city and where /when to eat may be helpful. You don’t get that from the front desk at check in. I would rate it only 3 stars top.

We were travelling across Spain to get back to our home after over a year. First time staying in a hotel post lockdown and a bit apprehensive but delighted by this hotel. Firstly the staff, so friendly and welcoming. Every Covid protocol followed to the letter. It was clean and felt so safe. Ok it's in the middle of an industrial estate and hardly scenic but it is just off the motorway and not in a busy tourist area. It was exactly what we needed. Our evening meal was really good and very reasonable. Secure car park a real bonus as the car was loaded to the hilt! We will definitely stay here again when travelling through.

It was good ... but not phenomenal. The room was not ventilated nor with open windows. Towards a soaking heat, though the outdoor time was great. I asked for air conditioning, but they told me that it couldn't yet be activated ... I didn't understand anything. But as location is good.

An excellent boutique hotel with a modernistic and trendy atmosphere, centrally located. The fit out of the bar/dining area and the rooms is modern and very comfortable, as well as being well above average for a reasonably priced hotel. The centrally located position ( close to rail station) is excellent for walking into the city centre ( Alphonus 1 Ave). A lot of major tourist attractions are within walking distance and the city itself is busy and interesting at night , with numerous sights to see, including a magnificent cathedral, galleries and Gothic and Roman ruins. The numerous tapas bars and other eateries, positioned throughout the numerous old streetscapes are truly superb, though not inexpensive are worth the money. Zaragoza and the hotel are worthy of favouritism as some of the best in Spain.

Staff are very helpful and friendly. The location was incredible - around 5 mins from ‘el tubo’ tonnes of amazing different local tapas restaurants. Room was comfy, clean, had a big door you could look out over the street Would come again :)

We stopped here for 2 nights and booked a family room. We were treated to a suite and a double room with interconnecting doors. We had so much space, it was great. The bath in the suite was the size of a paddling pool, although you had to be careful with the angle of the shower otherwise the water just spilled all over the floor. The rooms had a total of three TVs and three mini fridges. The rooms were very comfortable. Everything worked and was clean. The hotel was very well located, most areas were within walking distance. We ate in the hotel restaurant both evenings and were very impressed with the food and value for money. The menu is limited, but we don't mind that and the food was delicious. The breakfast however was quite basic and not that great. The hotel has parking, which is an extra cost. It's probably worth paying since parking in the city would be a nightmare. The staff were attentive and organised a breakfast picnic for us because we had to leave to catch an early flight. The decor is quite dated, which lets it down a bit, and has a feel of a luxury 80's hotel about it. Overall, we found it perfectly acceptable, comfortable and clean.

Hotel location is good The room is spacious. But due to the street, there is noise. Breakfast is too general, it is recommended not to add breakfast when booking, it is better to go outside to eat. Completely below expectations. The variety is single and it is cold food. At other hotels in Europe, there is at least heating equipment under breakfast. There is no here. The variety is also very simple.

I missed breakfast after sleeping too much, so good. I suggest that you do not order breakfast with breakfast, pay 7.5 Euros to the store, and there is almost no discount in advance. The hotel is just in front of the zaragoza station, and it is a little difficult to find. It is just a short walk from the main entrance through the main square and a road. There are no restaurants around, you can order takeaway, there is a menu of telepizza in the room, you can also order glovo啥, but it is really slow. The hotel staff was not bad, there was no tableware for the takeaway, and the table was also provided to us at the front desk. It might be more convenient to have a Eurostar in the zaragoza station, but if you want to take the car directly the next day, it is similar. The facilities are not bad, after all, it is very cheap, the room is quite big, the mini bar is also very cheap, in general it is good.
