Perfect location near the beach and busy streets you leave your car in front of the hotel and the hotel service will park it in the garage and collect it for you as soon as needed

Stayed for 3 nights, excellent location, central and easy to find, very friendly helpful staff who supplied information on the town, restaurants etc. Comfortable room with good air con, coffee machine and sky light window. Would visit again.

My opinion is the lack of seriousness of the establishment, I have a reservation since November 17, 2023, a quadruple room for 500 euros for 2 nights from June 7 to 9, and to my surprise Booking calls me because the establishment cancels it because now It costs 200 euros more if I want it, I called the hotel and they told me that they were closed from December to March and they are other prices, sorry, I told him that I booked in November and Booking does not confirm without the establishment's ok, what happens is that it is the triathlon and there is a lot of demand and they want to abuse it, it is filthy and I hope it remains unfilled, because that is not done

Regarding the price, I see it as more than reasonable, because its category is more similar to four stars than two. A hotel with a very modern design, scrupulous cleanliness and all the necessary services; Located in the center of Zarautz and two steps from the beach. The only drawback I see is the difficulty in getting a reservation, because there are few rooms and it is in high demand. If I return to Zarautz, I will do everything possible to stay at this hotel again.

Small hotel with very friendly staff, splendidly located in the old part of Zarauzt, comfortable room although without windows... The stay was very good because Pablo informed us very well about everything we could see, eat and do.... The downside is that you cannot park near the hotel and that it is a bit expensive for the category of the establishment. Still, I recommend it...

VERY attentive staff who treated us with great love and kindness. The best location, in the center of Zarautz and near the beach. Quality breakfast. Very nice rooms with good distribution. We go to Zarautz every year and without a doubt we will return next year to this hotel.
