Clean, nice and modest house in a very good location. Close to the center, lifts and shop. The owner very helpful and friendly. The only downside is that not all rooms have a terrace/balcony. I highly recommend.

The apartment has a bedroom with shower cubicle and a kitchen with a table and two dining room chairs. There is no armchair, so you can't relax. The apartment was clean with good beds etc. The location relative to the center and ski lift is easy to walk.
