Zermatt isn't very big, and it takes about fifteen minutes to walk from the train station to the hotel. The hotel facilities are a bit old, and the elevator is quite vintage, but luckily it's well-maintained and very clean. I recommend it.

The room was really nice and clean. The only downside was that it was a bit far from the train station, but considering the price, it was great value.

Good services and hygiene with tranquility

Location is slightly further from the train station, however you can hire a local EV taxi for est. CHF5/person from hotel to the train station (together with your luggages). Breakfast spread was decent and would recommend if you’re traveling on a budget to Zermatt. Down the road you’re able to see this Matterhorn view!

Everything was really nice, I recommend this hotel for everyone, the people are very kind with all services, very warm hotel and really nice view! Excellent!!! 

Shared kitchen was a plus! Great location and view!

Good view hotel, every room has a balcony

The hotel is about a 10-15 minute walk from the train station, uphill. If you have a lot of luggage, take a taxi. The rooms are clean, the staff are very friendly, and the breakfast is delicious.

The breakfast was delicious! The hotel staff were all very kind. While hotels in Zermatt are expensive, this location with a private room and breakfast included is truly great. I'd love to stay at this hotel again.

It's a little far from Shermatt Station, but the Japanese Bridge is very close by. The weather was good, so we were able to see the Matterhorn's morning glow from there. I had included breakfast, but since I was heading to Gornergrat first thing in the morning, I asked about the venue before breakfast time, and they gave me bread and coffee and also arranged for me to take it out. The staff were friendly and I had a great time.

Arrived late. Good communication to have access to the room. No extensive breakfast
