The hotel is very close to the train station—just a straight walk down the road, which is super convenient. They actually offer a station pick-up and drop-off service as well. All the staff members were helpful, smiling, and extremely friendly. Highly recommended!

The hotel was close to the train station, so it was no problem to travel with a suitcase. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. I would definitely like to stay here again when I visit Zermatt.

A perfect boutique hotel in the heart of Zermatt, centrally located on the main shopping street and just a few minutes’ walk from the train station. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, thoughtful pre-arrival WhatsApp messages from the front desk, and even a partial Matterhorn view from the balcony upon request. Only minor flaw was the pillow being a bit too flat, but everything else was truly perfect!
