Good location since very near to train stations. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room is clean.

Best hotel we have ever stayed throughout our Switzerland trip. Clean, Spacious, Near to train station. Friendly hotel staff. Hotel breakfast is superb (I love the muesli, cereal, yogurt, milk. The sausages and ham are very good as well) Definitely worth the money.

Convenient location, very close to the train station. Very friendly staff. So sad I only stayed for 2 nights as my flight on first day was cancelled. I will definitely come back next time.

Absolute great place for a quick 3 days holiday at Zermatt. Super close with train station, quiet and superb breakfast. With the occasional mountain goat to entertain you.

Overall experience is good. Hotel environment is clean and served with free afternoon coffee/ tea. Located near to train station and restaurants. Very convenient.

Overall, the hotel itself met expectations in terms of comfort, cleanliness, and facilities. Everything about the physical stay was enjoyable. However, the experience was significantly let down by the level of customer service. Switzerland has a strong reputation for hospitality, which made this even more disappointing. The reception staff, in particular, came across as unwelcoming and disengaged. There was no warmth, no greeting upon arrival, and interactions felt more like we were an inconvenience rather than valued guests. The lack of sincerity and basic courtesy created an uncomfortable atmosphere throughout our stay. It’s a shame because this could have been a near-perfect experience. With even a modest improvement in attitude, kindness, and understanding of what true hospitality means, this hotel could easily leave a much better impression. As it stands, the poor customer service overshadowed what was otherwise a pleasant stay.

Hotel located near the Zermatt train station and the Gornergrat station. Shops and restaurants were within short walking distance. Drop off at train station provided upon request. 👍
