Being able to see the Matterhorn from our room's terrace was absolutely amazing and incredibly moving! The tea time offered delicious tart cakes and coffee, and the variety of saunas was impressive. Our relaxation time was truly fulfilling. This is definitely a hotel I'd love to stay at again. The staff were also bright and kind, making it a wonderful memory for our trip.

My wife and I came here for our honeymoon, and everything was perfect: the bedding, location, friendly staff, and the Matterhorn views. It'll be unforgettable. Haha.

I was thoroughly satisfied with everything, from the view from the room to the shuttle service from the station, and the afternoon tea and breakfast. If I ever come to Zermatt again, I would definitely want to stay here.

The room offered a fantastic view of the Matterhorn. The river nearby could be a bit noisy, so you'd need to sleep with the windows closed. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the spa and steam room experience was great.

The hotel room had a very good view of the Matterhorn from the balcony. The room was big and spacious. The staff were really friendly and nice. The spa and wellness area was really nice with many facilities. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at the wellness centre.

The huge Matterhorn seemed just outside my balcony room. The iconic view changed form before sunrise to after sunset. The restaurant served good meals with nice staff. The front desk is also helpful and saved our time to plan our stay in Zermatt.

Very nice staff in the breakfast and balcony service. It is very nice that hotel provides a hiking backpack to use for free. The location is also great.

Lovely stay! Got the matterhorn view suite and it was so beautiful! The receptionist was also very helpful with guiding us with what we can do at Zermatt! However, need to take note that their reception will only be there till 10pm. It’s actually stated but I didn’t read it so when I arrived Zermatt train station at 11pm, I panicked a little. We flag down the taxi at my own cost, 18chf for 3 people and luggages, they dont provide free taxi after 10pm. Also, the entrance door will be closed/locked after 10pm, we rang the bell and the door opened and they left the key with a letter on the counter for the check in. The breakfast place is also overlooking the Matterhorn and it’s so pretty. Stayed for only 1 night but really enjoyed my stay there!
