Everything was good at this hotel except the automatic lights sensor which has a very annoying sound throughout our stay. Other than this, all’s well when it comes to the location, wifi was stable, room design and scenic views from the balcony were as reflected on the website and not forgetting, the complimentary shuttle to train station. Thanks for the great service, strongly recommended.

Great location, staff and amenities. Walkable to trains. Lovely view of the Matterhorn and river. Fondue service and ridiculous fur robes were fun to use. Only complaint is the design of the rooms. There’s a window into the bathroom, so there’s no privacy when you’re using the toilet. Also the mirror is poorly lit. Makes it hard to put on even a little bit of makeup because you can’t see yourself

Really enjoyed our stay. Great location. Convenient to skiing, ski rentals, restaurants, shops, train station, and an amazing view from our balcony. It was our first trip to Switzerland and we had loads of questions. The staff went above and beyond to assist us, were very knowledgeable, and gave great advice. Loved the ski locker room too. So convenient. The room and balcony views were as great as the pictures. Fantastic meals at the restaurant. I can’t say enough good things.

Exquisite, modern and trendy hotel with breathtaking views of the Matterhorn. The room was very modern, spotless, and well equipped. I loved the extra touches like the ‘fire’ being displayed on the tv upon arrival and the ‘bath robes’ which were super warm and cosy fur coats. Complimentary coffee pods and machine made for a perfect setting…sipping coffee while sitting on our balcony admiring the Matterhorn.

Unique design with a great view and location in the heart of Zermatt. I stayed with my girlfriend and we went on to do the 5 lakes walk which is the gondola right next to the hotel itself. Fun vibe at the hotel itself and staff were very nice and accommodating

We loved this hotel. It's brand-new and the finishes in every room are very high-end. The bathrooms and rooms are all spacious and very comfortable. Andrea was great and helped us in every way to make our stay more enjoyable. We will definitely stay here again. There are a couple of things to keep in mind when staying here; the hotel is very well located in town and its on the river. If you like to sleep with the windows open, the river can be pretty strong and if that noise concerns you, you can ask for a room that's not directly riverfront. They have a lot of great room options and a lot of them face the Matterhorn.
