We love the hotel and room. From station pickup to check in and breakfast. Every staff is nice. Room is comfortable with magnificent views of Matterhorn. From hotel, it is 10 mins leisure walk to cable station to visit Matterhorn Glacier Paradise. Strongly recommended to visit and stay at this hotel.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff - made it a very nice experience to stay in this hotel and can recommend it for anybody wanting a quieter location halfway between the train station and the Matterhorn cable car.

The family suite was spacious, and the master bedroom balcony offered an unparalleled view of the Matterhorn. The breakfast was quite good, with delicious bread and cheese. The shuttle bus at the shuttle station seats six people.

Zermatt and this hotel were the best experiences we had during our trip to Switzerland. The location is not far from the train station, and the scenery is breathtaking all the way there. I highly recommend it to everyone.
