Great experience in this hotel. I can see Matterhorn in the room. But the weather was cloudy. All things good

Clean place a little walk out of town. Very expensive for a hostel but this is Zermatt!

Excellent staff, nice facilities, everything you’d need after a day on the slopes. Breakfast buffet also pretty decent

I was sent an email to the staff to ask how to got there Bhx can’t get answer and only got a reply to tell I should get an email about that. Then I try tell I don’t have that email , then they still not tell me how to get there by email
The male staff there is nice , but one of the female working on receipt is not nice at all .
The good thing is The breakfast is good , and the canteen is clean too.

15 mins walk from rail station. I got a 8-bed dormitory of which 6 beds are next to each other, I.e. those are not bunk beds. It is disappointing and lack of privacy.

I could see the Matterhorn from the inn and it was a very satisfying stay! If you have a chance to come here, we recommend you to use it!
