Excellent view from my room, now writing this and waiting for sunrise to show on Matterhorn. Easy 15min walk from train station to hostel. Macdonald fast food & migros supermart along the way. Quite place, can see many stars at night. Most recommended!

The breakfast is great and the service is good，but you cannot choose female only😔

The room I made reservation was cheapest, and had to sleep between the other guests. It is okay to stay if you can sleep well with strangers. Also you need to be quiet from around 10pm.

Located along the hill 15-20 minutes walk from Zermatt. Normally, there is a bus stop 5 minutes away from hostel. Unfortunately, the bus service suspended when I arrived. It was a tough distance to walk uphill with my luggage. You would also need to carry your luggage up from a long staircase before you arrive at the entrance.

Great experience in this hotel. I can see Matterhorn in the room. But the weather was cloudy. All things good

Clean place a little walk out of town. Very expensive for a hostel but this is Zermatt!

Excellent staff, nice facilities, everything you’d need after a day on the slopes. Breakfast buffet also pretty decent

I was sent an email to the staff to ask how to got there Bhx can’t get answer and only got a reply to tell I should get an email about that. Then I try tell I don’t have that email , then they still not tell me how to get there by email The male staff there is nice , but one of the female working on receipt is not nice at all . The good thing is The breakfast is good , and the canteen is clean too.

15 mins walk from rail station. I got a 8-bed dormitory of which 6 beds are next to each other, I.e. those are not bunk beds. It is disappointing and lack of privacy.

Good hostel but a bit far away with the station.

I went there on behalf of a friend who had lost something, and they were very kind and made me feel comfortable. The location was also good.

The hotel is uphill and you need to climb stairs to reach it. When checking in and checking out, you need to pack your own sheets and pillowcases. Breakfast is simple. The family quadruple room has a window view of the Matterhorn.
