Simple, clean and perfect. A great place to stay in Zermatt. The staff were lovely and helpful, great choice for breakfast and altogether a great place to stay in Zermatt.

The hotel is in great location. Photos uploaded shows the breakfast inclusive in the booking. Good taste and variety.

The hotel is so conveniently located which is 3 mins walk from train station. It’s also right in the heart of Zermatt city.

At the time of reservation, this was the only place I could find a place to stay, so I made a reservation and it was great. The location is not far from Zermatt Station and is on the main street of Zermatt, so it was easy to access anywhere. The room was very clean and had a balcony, so I was able to enjoy the best relaxation before checking out. I don't know if the breakfast was simple because it was Zermatt, but it was light enough to enjoy. I want to go there again.

Overall good, the room is clean and the toilet has a bathtub. You can't see the Matterhorn from the terrace, but the view is pretty good. It snows in April, and you can see thick snow on the terrace, which is very beautiful. The only pity is that the price is a bit high, and the whole area is expensive.
