beautiful location, have to pay for train up to the resort but the facilities and everything are well worth the extra cost.

入住了采爾馬特的Riffelalp 2222度假村，這被視為歐洲上流階層偏愛的度假地，實際體驗卻問題重重，與預期相差甚遠。
🚗 交通噩夢
到采爾馬特需要從tasch坐火車進小鎮，從采爾馬特前往酒店，需搭乘每小時一班的小火車抵達riffelalp站。下車後，要麼等待酒店派雪地摩託接送，要麼自行步行10分鐘前往。火車班次間隔過長，嚴重限制了出行的靈活性，對日常飲食安排造成極大不便。晚上7:50之後的下一班火車要到9:50，這使得晚飯後幾乎無法按時返回酒店。
🏠 房型小到離譜
基礎房型沒有景觀，衹能看到屋頂的雪，空間內部空間狹小。打開行李箱後，室內活動空間嚴重受限，幾乎難以正常行走，滑雪包等大型物品更是無法放置，衹能存放在ski house。
👨🍳 服務態度不佳
主餐廳的服務管理存在明顯問題。餐廳經理服務態度傲慢，早餐時要求點咖啡被拒，要我找他同事，他不負責點咖啡；早餐在餐廳帶耳機打電話時，即便已儘量壓低聲音，仍被制止，而一旁外國人同樣在打電話卻未被幹涉，餐廳禁止就餐時打電話的規定缺乏明確合理性，在不影響他人的情況下。
🍽️ 餐飲體驗不佳
主餐廳Alexander的菜品品質與價格嚴重不符，食物口味不佳，性價比極低。相較之下，酒店內的意大利餐廳在口味上表現尚可。
💧 額外收費細節
酒店自來水存在雜質，而房間內提供的兩瓶水居然要收取每瓶8瑞郎的費用。此外，上下山的小火車來回票價40多瑞郎，包括首次上山也需購票。
Riffelalp 2222度假村雖然擁有部分房型可觀馬特洪峯景觀以及舒適的户外泡池等優勢，但交通不便、房型狹小、服務不佳、餐飲問題以及不合理收費等諸多缺陷，嚴重影響了住宿體驗，實在難以匹配其高端定位。希望有意前往的遊客謹慎考慮，以免期望落空。

酒店位置設施服務環境都是當地最好的 滑進滑出很完美 室外泡湯和桑拿房面積挺大 每天必須 健身房太小了憋屈 酒店環境復古動物農場 很有特色
不出色的是幾家餐廳一般般 瑞士風味還有點兒意思 意大利餐和綜合餐廳很一般很一般 不過我住了七天還是天天在酒店吃的

初めてのスイス旅行で宿泊させて頂きました。
角部屋でマッターホルンもバッチリ目の前に見えて、
温水プールも、ビュッフェも見える席に通して頂きました。サービスもホテルもロケーションも最高でした。

很棒的滑雪酒店，酒店面積不大，娛樂設施豐富有户外小童蹦床，室內保齡球，桌球，游泳池，温泉等。還有多條徒步路線。早餐也不錯。

舒適的酒店，室外泳池雖然不大，但邊按摩邊欣賞馬特洪峯的景色非常享受！另外酒店有幾條徒步線路，還有騎行線路，挺不錯。餐廳的餐食也可以。

這次帶着三個娃訂了兩間馬特洪房住了兩晚，酒店裝修風格我認為是古典自然，與現代的設施結合得恰到好處沒有違和感，服務員温柔有耐心照顧也十分周到，是欣賞馬特洪峯不二的選擇！
