We had an absolutely wonderful stay. Room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Very near the zermatt train station, just opposite of Macdonald’s. Breakfast had a good selection. Housekeeping would check in on you and offer free chocolates. The only feedback I have is the room didn’t provide English instructions on how to dial the concierge so I had to walk down to request for items.

We were here with Tauck Tours. There were 24 in our group and we all stayed across the way in condo's. We had 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, fireplace, 2 patio's. Everything was amazing. Fully stocked. We were here for two nights. Housekeeping was excellent. The only con, the shower stall was small. Huge bathroom small stall. The breakfasts were excellent, something for everyone buffet style. The dinner in their restaurant was 5 stars to die for. If staying in Zermatt, this is the place to stay! Beautiful bar are, sitting area as well.

I returned from four days and three nights at the Beausite Zermatt, and it was really wonderful. The staff was accommodating and made sure I had a wonderful stay. I was picked up at the train station and booked a junior suite with a great view of the Matterhorn. I loved my wooden soaking up in the bathroom (in addition to the oversized shower), and the bed was super comfy. I had plenty of time at the end of the day to enjoy the spa, outdoor pool, and sauna with views of Zermatt. The breakfast buffet was delicious, not to mention my meals, I had dinner at The Grill with friends who were also in town, and my last meal was at the charming Witch'eese fondue hut; it was just us three inside and super cozy. I look forward to coming back next time I am in town.

A HAMMING Absolute !!! The photos below, taken in the room (the 2nd, after having already changed room) give you an idea of the place, before reading my comment! I booked this hotel for 2 nights in January 2022, we fled after the 1st night and asked for the refund of the unconsumed night ... Incredible ... I asked her if she didn't feel bad to nack up the same clients by selling her vesty and dirty rooms at such a high price while claiming that her hotel is a 3-star ...This hotel is not even worth a No hotel in Switzerland, you would believe in the Third World! A real HUNT! Getting a room in Zermatt during the peak winter season is quite challenging without committing to a certain minimum number of room nights. We were fortunate to book a room at Hotel Derby for one night, which fits our tight travel schedule. Several things we loved about this hotel: 1. The location - It is easily accessible on foot and situated along a busy street, only a minute's walk from Zermatt train station. 2. The guest rooms - They are recently renovated and beautifully furnished. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the peak of Matterhorn. Unfortunately, it was too cold in December that we didn't get to enjoy ourselves or stay out for long. 3. The breakfast - A wide selection of continental breakfast and it is included in the room rate. Even though it was a short stay for us, on the whole, the staff is amiable, and we highly recommend it.
