Location is 💯 - just right in front of Venice Mestre Station - super convenience to take bus to Venezi too.
Room was clean and tidy with all amenities.
The only downside was the soundproof - our room was at the end and share a door with next room so we can hear clearly what others were talking in their room.
Check in & out was easy and straight forward.

The aircond in the room assigned was spoilt, we get the technician come to check but it wasn’t fix and need to wait until next day. Fortunately we are given the option to change room. The location is superb when it’s just directly next to mestre train station. Nearby have a lot of restaurants too !

Good location, it is just located opposite the station. Easy to check-in and the hotel is clean and tidy.
The Breakfast service is good.

The hotel has an excellent location, right across the train station. As soon as we got off the train, we could see the hotel’s large logo from the train platform. Given what we’d heard about Venice’s safety situation, this was very reassuring... The hotel has its own restaurant next to the lobby, making dining convenient, though the waitstaff were somewhat lacking in manners—they started clearing our plates the moment we finished eating... The front desk service, however, was excellent—polite and courteous.

Everything is perfect, location is excellent, just opposite the train station and 10mins to the Venice island. Staff are nice and friendly, breakfast is nice, room is clean and big. Definitely highly recommended👍

Hotel is just across the road from the Venice Mestre Station. Our room is of decent size on the eighth floor. It has dark brown carpet flooring making the already old hotel, feel even older. Although the room size is decent, it is not functional. We have an "island" in the middle of the room with a TV on top and a fridge underneath. They get in the way. There is no space for a coffee table. We need to boil water with the kettle provided in the toilet. They should have renovated the room with wooden flooring to give a clean and modern lift. Breakfast is very average, with no greens (salad) at all. You get just sliced cucumbers and shredded carrots. Recommend to buy a day pass for unlimited bus and boat rides in Venice.
