Decent hotel for the price. Very helpful staff and reliable WiFi. Bit outdated but clean. Lots of restaurants nearby.

I can only give this hotel 2.5 stars. The facilities are noticeably aging and in desperate need of an update. Given the location, I wasn't expecting the convenience or vibe of a tier-1 city, so the surroundings were acceptable. However, the biggest dealbreaker was the price. Charging such exorbitant rates during a long weekend for an old hotel is unacceptable. It makes you feel like you're just being overcharged because of the holiday. I highly do not recommend this hotel. It leaves you feeling ripped off, and I will not return.

The hotel is old, but it's clean. The service is okay, but it's really outdated. I couldn't even get an extra pillow. The transportation isn't very convenient either. And the soundproofing is terrible; I could hear exactly when my neighbors were showering.

The hotel doesn't have a parking lot, but there's a Pxmart supermarket across the street. On the night we checked in, there was a bag of trash outside our door, presumably left by the guests next door. The room was spacious but the facilities were old; the bathtub was peeling. The soundproofing in the room was terrible; we could hear doors slamming, loud conversations, and the sound of water running from the next room's shower. The worst part was the smell of smoke coming from the air conditioning intermittently. I called the front desk to complain, and they just said they'd remind the neighboring guests. When checking in, they were very diligent about reminding us not to flush toilet paper, to take care of the key as there'd be a fee if lost, and how much we'd be fined for bringing a pet. Why aren't they as strict about controlling smoking? You get what you pay for, so when you see cheap room rates, it's worth thinking twice.

The double bed was two singles put together which was very uncomfortable and on Tuesday we had to leave the hotel for 3 hours which was during the stay as they were doing a massive clean

An older hotel with a refreshed exterior, and it's pretty clean inside. At least it's in the city center. However, the service attitude of the front desk staff during daytime check-out really needs improvement. They seemed indifferent when I was checking out – I don't expect a smile, but at least not a look of annoyance. Also, when I called to book a room, the customer service quoted the same price as the booking website. But when I got to the front desk, the quote was 200 more. That felt a bit strange; they basically told me to book through the website instead.

It's quite dated. The only redeeming quality was the incredibly friendly and efficient staff; they even promptly replaced a broken light bulb.

hotel located on the main road about 20mins wallk from train station, near supermarket, shops and night market. the size of room is acceptable but both facilities and furniture are aging, it seems being around for last 30 years without any improvement, i am sure i can find a better place for the price i paid...
