Although the decor is a bit dated, the facilities are still decent and not too old. It's in the city center, about a 30-minute commute to all the main attractions. It's an okay place for a one-time stay, nothing particularly special beyond that.

I had a wonderful stay at Guomao Hotel Zhangjiagang. It is absolutely a very good hotel with excellent amenities and comfort. The hotel complex has many restaurants, which makes dining very convenient.

All is good, good location, got shops nearby,gt mini bar and bathtub, a bit shortage of staff at counter (sometimes only 1 person so need to wait) overall experience is good

This is an older 5-star hotel with a great location, making it very convenient for dining out. The service is quite good too; anything you need is delivered promptly. The downsides are that the Crown Tower is located above a parking lot, which can be noisy, and there were mosquitoes in the room – more than just one. My child got several red, swollen bites. The hotel didn't warn us beforehand or provide any mosquito repellent measures. When I mentioned it at checkout, the front desk employee simply brushed it off, saying, 'Yes, there are mosquitoes.'

Nice hotel, beds are superb, staff dont speak a word of english, but thats was fine. I even got upgraded to a suite. Would highly reccomend

Room is clean, water shower pressure also good. the buffet breakfast has vast variety of food, however the dishes are almost similar every day, hope they change the dish every day as i've been staying for over 1 week there .... overall great stay.

Very please with the service provided by the rececption team. Specially thank Xu Lin for her extra mile in getting the shoe repaired within 15 minutes. It is totally beyond my expectation. I am in China in various cities. This is the first time I meet such a dedicated service staff. Good service.
