The hotel is very new, and the rooms are modern, stylish, and of a high standard. The beautiful river view is definitely one of the highlights of the stay.
However, for a five-star hotel, there is still some room for improvement, particularly when it comes to international guests. The TV currently seems to offer only Chinese channels, unlike many other international five-star hotels.
The gym is quite small and the equipment could be improved. There are only a few machines, and unfortunately the quality and functionality did not meet my expectations. The movement of the cross trainer feels rather unnatural, and the treadmill belt did not run smoothly.
The breakfast buffet is currently very strongly focused on Chinese cuisine, with very limited options for international guests. In addition, the very large screen in the breakfast restaurant continuously showing CCTV news creates an atmosphere that, in my opinion, does not quite match the otherwise modern and upscale character of the hotel.
On a very positive note, the support I received after my stay regarding the issuance of my invoice was excellent. Everything was handled quickly and professionally, and I would especially like to thank the lady at the reception who assisted me for her great support.
I have also shared some more detailed feedback directly and personally with the hotel, as I believe this property has a lot of potential. I look forward to staying here again and seeing how the hotel continues to develop. With a few adjustments toward a more international five-star experience, this could become an excellent hotel for both Chinese and international guests.
