Everything was good.The price is reasonable.

I loved everything about the hotel. The room was perfect. The only thing I found strange was that they charged for all supplies, even a shower cap.

The room was very nice, a decent size. The shower and bath were both amazing, love the shower head. Breakfast was delicious. Room service excellent. Would recommend the hotel

A good hotel for a business trip to Zhangjigang. The breakfast has a good standard. Fresh fruits, Chinese noodles, eggs to customers choice and many more is offered. A small gym let you train a bit (could be bigger!). The restaurant is opened till 10:30pm and provides some tasty snacks when the work day lasts a bit longer and the nearby restaurants in the shopping mall are already closed. The Starbucks in the mall opens at 06:30 and is just a 7 minutes walk away.

best hotel stayed in Changshu-Zhangjiagang area ever. Hotel room is quite spacious, and the taste of Chinese restaurant is fantastic. Everything is just nice. Will come back again.

Because the room couldn't be cooled, the room temperature remained high at 29 degrees, which was stuffy and caused a heat cold. There is also a problem with the light switch setting. When taking a shower in the morning, I have to turn on the bathroom light, but there is no way to turn it on separately. I must turn on the main switch to turn it on. However, if the main switch is turned on, the three lights on the bedside will turn on and there is no way to turn them off, so people who still need to sleep can't sleep. So in the end, I can only turn on the mobile phone lighting to take a shower in the dark in the bathroom. The floor tiles in the bathroom are very slippery, and it is easy to slip if you are not careful. As a senior user of Ctrip, I feel more and more that the top-ranked hotels recommended by Ctrip are not as good as before. I feel that many good reviews are brushed out! It is strongly recommended that if there are other options, don't choose Zhangjiagang Meilun Boutique Hotel. It is a very bad experience!
