"Marriott's overall facility maintenance seems to be a recurring issue… From the JW Marriott in another city where the AC panel fell off, to now finding a broken light strip in the living room at the Zhangjiagang Marriott, I'm almost used to it 🙃. On top of that, the handrail in the elevator was also coming unstuck… Plus, the master bedroom toilet had stains on it when I checked in… I tried the coffee at the executive lounge… besides being iced, it honestly had no flavor at all 😂. Overall, there's just so, so, so much room for improvement… The only saving grace is the Triangle Garden Bar downstairs, where you can at least sit quietly for a while in the evening."

"This place has been renovated! It looks amazing. I stayed there before, and this time it's a complete overhaul. The design is fantastic. It doesn't resemble the old place at all. The rooms aren't big, but they're very cozy. The color scheme is beautiful too. They've even added freshly ground coffee. For someone like me who can't function without coffee every day, this is perfect. Thumbs up! No need to order takeout anymore."

The rooms are fully equipped, the TV picture quality is clear, and the internet speed is fast, perfect for both work and catching up on shows. The bathroom is spotlessly clean with no strange odors, hot water is readily available, and the temperature is stable, making for a very comfortable shower. The breakfast quality is exceptionally high, offering not only local specialties but also Western options, catering to different tastes. The staff also refills dishes promptly, so you never see empty trays. When checking out, they even offered to help with my luggage, showing incredibly thoughtful service. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit!"

The Staff, Renyi, is so kind, he speaks good english and sincere to help me with my taobao purchase. We will definitely stay again in this hotel if we need to come back to this city."
