Hampton by Hilton Properties in Zhangjiajie

Had a fantastic stay! The front desk staff, especially one of the ladies, was incredibly thoughtful. During check-in, she spent a minute explaining the Tianmen Mountain tour routes and even sent a detailed map to my phone, which was super convenient for reference while exploring. After coming back from the tour, they offered ginger tea, porridge, cookies, and even a foot bath kit. The breakfast was also great, with Chinese, Western, and even special low-fat options. We tried their signature 'WaWa Gao' (a local pastry) and local rice noodles, both delicious. The hotel's location is excellent, right across from the Tianmen Mountain cable car. It's only a 7-minute walk from Zhangjiajie Station to the hotel. Yes, you read that right, a walk! It's incredibly close. There are also many restaurants around the hotel, making it very convenient! If you're coming to Tianmen Mountain, definitely stay at Hampton by Hilton!

The hotel rooms are clean, and the lobby is spacious and bright. The facilities are convenient, and the service is absolutely fantastic – warm and efficient! They pretty much cater to every request. The main thing is that the room rates are affordable, and parking is free, so I was very satisfied with my stay 👍 The cleanliness of the guest rooms was also impressive, the bed was very soft and comfortable, and the Wulingyuan landscape was right outside the window. The hotel's dining was also excellent; the breakfast was very rich, and I highly recommend the special rice noodles. The staff were all very quick and efficient! I'll definitely choose Hampton by Hilton again when I visit Zhangjiajie next time~
