Staying at this guesthouse while visiting Zhangjiajie National Forest Park was definitely the right choice! It's very close to the park entrance, and the room is huge, with an extra-large bathtub perfect for a relaxing soak after a day exploring the park! The air quality and environment are absolutely amazing; it's a perfect oxygen-rich retreat for the entire vacation! The huge terrace offers incredible views! And the 24-hour butler service was so thoughtful!

Friendly and accommodating staffs, was really helpful with booking a cab for us to head to Tianmen Mountain Line A since it was harder to get a car in the morning! This spot offers a amazing mountain range view with rice fields nearby. All you hear are birds and bugs. Air is really clean here. Highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Zhangjiajie! Thank you very much for the hospitality

The surroundings are very nice, but there are a lot of mosquitoes. However, the owner provided plenty of mosquito repellent, which was generally sufficient. It's very close to the Middle Gate, but if you want to explore Zhangjiajie National Forest Park more effectively, it's better to stay at the East Gate, as this location is a bit out of the way. However, if you're looking for a rural experience and scenic views, this place is very suitable. Service: The service attitude was excellent; they were very responsive to all requests and even offered airport pick-up. Facilities: Good, especially the breakfast. The corn was delicious! But the rice noodles were just so-so, and a bit too hot to eat in the morning.

The hotel staff was really nice and helpful our whole stay, but the hotel’s general condition is a bit old and worn out. The room floors are a bit dirty. The view though is absolutely stunning. About a 20 minute ride from Zhangjiajie National Park East and South gate.

I have to say this accommodation was one of the best places we have stayed at so far in china. Their hospitality from contacting us to arrange a driver to pick us up from the airport, greeting us at the front door, sitting down with us and spending some time to help us figure out how to plan out our itinerary for Zhangjiajie better and help us book tickets. The staff at the retreat were very accommodating, helpful, patient and spoke english. The accommodation itself was very clean and the location was breathtaking. Plenty of restaurants to choose from near by with a small convenience store across the road and a cafe with a great view down the road. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone travelling. (No mini fridge inside the room sadly, but besides that everything was amazing)

Absolutely amazing front desk staff, the two gentlemen who alternate shift are very kind and caring. Making sure to take care of all your requests and accommodate for your needs, the rooms are spacious and have a spectacular view with perfect accessibility to the National parks. It was almost midnight when we arrived from Changsha. The single room we booked was upgraded to a suite, which excited our child and pleasantly surprised us. It's only 800 meters from the central gate of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, and the environment is elegant, quiet, and livable. A great choice after a long journey! 👍
