The room was spotless, and the mattress was just right – not too hard, not too soft. My only minor complaint was the strong air freshener smell. It was quite unique to find two sinks in a guesthouse, which is rare. The location is about 2-3km from the B route, but the owner offers a pick-up and drop-off service, which was an absolute lifesaver after a tiring hike up Tianmen Mountain when every step felt like a struggle. I highly recommend this place, especially if you're planning to take the B route. The owner is incredibly thorough and helpful (he even drew out and explained the Tianmen Mountain hiking routes for us; he practically wanted to hike with us!). When I got lost during the climb, I messaged him, and he patiently guided me on the correct path. In short, if I ever bring my parents here again, I'll definitely choose this place.

This trip completely changed my perception of homestays! The room was spotless, the facilities were brand new, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The movie setup was a fantastic bonus! But the best part was the host's amazing hospitality and thoughtful service. They patiently helped us plan our travel routes and gave us great tips. Every day, they'd drop us off and pick us up from the bus station and high-speed rail station. They even treated us to some delicious local rice noodles. Highly recommended!

Perfect for a student couple's trip! This hotel offers amazing quality and value for money, truly living up to its flawless reviews and genuine 4.9-star rating! 👍 1. The room is spacious, clean, and features a great wet/dry separation in the bathroom. We loved watching 4K movies on the huge screen, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. 2. The owner is super nice and provides excellent service. They offer pick-up and drop-off from both the high-speed rail station and the airport, and even helped us plan our itinerary. The restaurants they recommended were authentic local spots (some rated 3.9 on popular apps but with delicious food!). They even offered to book tickets for a stage show, which we unfortunately missed due to being too tired during the day. P.S. The fried egg noodles the owner made for breakfast (P2) were absolutely delicious! 👍 3. The hotel's location right next to Tianmen Mountain is fantastic. It's easy to get to the city center, and food delivery services reach here. You can even see Tianmen Mountain right from below the hotel. I'll definitely recommend this B&B to any friends visiting Zhangjiajie in the future! (♡＞𖥦＜)/♥

Awesome! The environment is super quiet! The room was also great, clean and cozy! The landlady was exceptionally good; she proactively introduced us to the Tianmen Mountain travel routes. We bought 7:30 AM tickets, and she personally drove us to the scenic area entrance at 7 AM. After we finished, she even gave us a free ride to the high-speed train station.

The owner was incredibly welcoming. They even drove us to the cable car station in the morning and helped us with our luggage in the afternoon – really appreciated that! 👍 The room was also very clean, and it was quiet at night.
