The owner personally came to the basement to pick us up, and the service was excellent. The room was meticulously decorated, and the view outside the window was absolutely stunning. The bedding was incredibly comfortable; once I lay down, I didn't want to get up. The breakfast and snacks provided by the owner were also very thoughtful. The room design was super cozy too. If I hadn't been in a hurry to go sightseeing, I really would have loved to stay a few more days. Among all the rooms I've stayed in, this is the only one I genuinely want to give a great review to and wish I could stay and sleep in for several more days. Many thanks to the owner for their warm hospitality. I will definitely, definitely come back next time, and I wish the owner a prosperous business.

One of the best stays I have ever had in my life. If I had the chance to cancel my booking to the other. A stay that I have, I would have done that and gone back to this, stay. It's so cosy, the décor is amazing the owner, his family are amazing and they have an a great enthusiastic impression. They will help you support you and take the time with you to explain things to you. Such as the mountains, tourist locations and everything. If I were to come back to zhangjiajie, I would definitely go to this place.

What an amazing experience, this hotel was absolutely great. The views were stunning and the technology in the room was outstanding. Also the hotel manager was such a nice person, probably the most helpful hotel staff I have ever experienced. If you need help don’t hesitate to ask! They will get it done for you!

BEST STAY IN CHINA! From the communication before I even arrived, this stay was absolutely amazing! The owner is such a friendly, helpful person, willing to do anything to make your stay incredible. The room was styled so nice and all the little touches they have, make it an extra special stay. There were skin products, breakfast, snacks, drinks, a full tea set and coffee - all included in the room. The fireplace and projector were great touches! And lovely river views right out the window! The location is also great, near shopping and lots of food. I cannot recommend this hotel more!! I even left an item in the room and the owner organised it to be couriered to my next hotel in Beijing. A very wonderful stay!! You will not regret.

We had a wonderful stay at Hidden City Riverside Boutique. The host was extremely kind, attentive and genuinely helpful, especially with planning our visit to Zhangjiajie National Park (you can save your money of a guide). You can tell he truly loves what he does and cares about his guests. The rooms are absolutely beautiful and a real dream to stay in. Highly recommended!

This stay is probably the best hospitality experience I’ve ever had in my life, firstly the room was exactly as posted in the posted if not better as the view was amazing, everything was clean and up to standard, everyday cleaning and the host left us breakfast amenities. The hospitality from the host was phenomenal, they were so kind, helped us with everything we needed, offered free rides and really made us feel at home. If I was to go back to Zhangjiajie I definitely would come back to this stay.

This is a lovely place , the the room is amazing but even more so the manager. He didn’t have to but he helped me plan my whole trip in 2 days and I have the best time . And I also had a full day rest . I’ve never seen such hospitality. In truly grateful for such a kind humanbeing .

Amazing view and can see tianmen mountain from the enclosed balcony. Large windows. The rooms actually look like the photos. Central location and very walkable. Literally across the street from the old town in zhangjiajie. 10/10. There's a convenience store at the bottom.
