A very good hotel, cheap and very close to access for Tianmen Mountain, the manager helped me plan my itinerary, it was great !!! The hotel is very clean, the room is nice, nothing to complain about, perfect for a stay in Zhangjiajie💯

The hotel is in a great location near the Tianmen Mountain cableway but it can get pretty loud at night The husband and wife who run the hotel were really nice and enthusiastic. They would ask about our plans for the day and help us figure out an itinerary or give suggestions if we needed them. They also had a translation device so communication was really easy The main downside was the cleanliness of the towels. Every towel we received had a small stain on it. We did ask for replacements but those still had minor stains as well. I also didn’t like that the shower had no door so water would get all over the bathroom floor Other than that it was a decent stay

That was best hotel we’ve ever been. Friendly or more like family atmosphere. Owner helps with ticket purchases and planing routes for mountain hikes

We just stay here for 2 nights to see the tianmen mountain so we don’t really need a fancy room, but the room is clean and enough for our need, the hosts was really nice, they help us order food, explained our tianmen package, where to go, how to go, they do it for every guest, always smiles and so kind, And the hotel rooftop have a good view for sunset

Excellent experience from start to finish. The room was spotless, the service was outstanding, and the overall atmosphere was warm and relaxing. Great value for the price, and I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit.

The treatment of the staff of top tear. They even showed me the way to tianmen mountain and without them, I honestly would have been lost. Theyare so patient and helpful 🥹🙏🏼

The hotel owners (husband and wife) are incredibly kind and provided excellent service with a wonderful attitude. They patiently explained the Tianmen Mountain route to us and even helped with our luggage. Their attitude truly deserves full marks! It's my first time encountering such amazing owners. 🥰 I'll definitely choose this place again next time. The price is also very reasonable.
