The hotel was clean and conveniently located at seventy two building. Plenty of places to eat and staff were very helpful.

Our 2nd stay at this hotel. Very convenient location to many local eateries & shopping belt is just a taxi (via DiDi) away. Newly opened hotel (since May'24) of less than a year old. In-room charging points, toiletries including tea leaves are sufficiently available. In-room lights are motion detected and curtains auto closes & lights off when sleep switch is activated at bedside. Very new & clean hotel. It's probably low season now (Nov'24), hence our request for late check out (1.30pm) is easily granted.

Location is good. Right beside the 72 wonders building. However, my 1st room had shattered glass, lights were spoiled as well so they helped me to change my room. However, after changing my room, the door lock was spoiled. Hence, not really a pleasant experience . Other than this, the room was clean, had toilet amenities. Breakfast taste good as well

The hotel is near railway station. The room was clean and big, but it was too cool.

Big room for families, nice location 72 qi Lou, they are also have pick up from railway or airport. Easy to find food. Really recommended hotel

Very big room, cosy and clean.

After Wulingyuan, we stay here for 3 nights, the location is great, a lot of eatery around, 72 strange building is worth a visit, we took Didi around 15 mins to reach Tianmenshan cable... 15 mins to Zhangjiajie west for HS train to Furong zheng, the room is huge..so happily contented after a long walk you take a nice hot shower, watch TV on the big sofa and fall asleep with a very comfortable bed.

Very convenient, there are a lot of food downstairs, the hotel is also very clean, the breakfast is also very delicious, the price is worth it, highly recommended, the ethnic minority embroidery on the headboard is super atmospheric!

The hotel is integrated with the 72 Wonders Towers, very close and convenient to enter; the room is in LOFT style, clean and tidy; the airport pick-up guy is enthusiastic and diligent; it is convenient to eat around.

I have stayed in so many hotels, but this one really impressed me. The location is excellent and the travel is convenient. Check-in was quick and the front desk staff patiently answered all kinds of questions. The room was spacious and bright, with good sound insulation, and I had a good rest at night. It is right next to the scenic spot. After visiting the scenic spot, you will arrive at the hotel entrance. It is very convenient to go back and rest directly. The hotel's restaurant offers special food and a first-class dining experience. Next time I come here, I will definitely choose this one!

The location is good, you can see the night view of Qilou at night, the room is large, and it is very convenient to wash and dry clothes. It would be better if there is a full-length mirror in the room.
