Tianchong Yunhai Resort Hotel (Wulingyuan National Forest Park)

Facilities: Everything was very new, and the bed was super comfortable—perfect for a good rest after a full day of hiking. They have their own large parking lot, which makes driving here very convenient. The breakfast had a great variety too. Location & Surroundings: It's about a 15-minute walk to the East Gate and just 10 minutes from the bus station, so getting around is incredibly convenient. Cleanliness: The room was cleaned daily and kept spotless.

The hotel is very close to the scenic area, and getting to other attractions is also very convenient. I really loved their rooms—they were spotless, fully equipped with everything you need, and very comfortable to stay in. The surroundings are beautiful, and the front desk staff was very warm and welcoming. Parking is super convenient with EV charging stations available, making it very friendly for road trips.

Traveled with the whole family, and the hotel provided free shuttle service to and from the station. The rooms were very clean, breakfast was nice, and overall it was a great experience. It's just a 10-minute walk to the Biaozhimen gate (East Gate of the National Forest Park). There are also several popular, trendy restaurants within a 5-minute walk that are pretty good. Plus, the local Zhangjiajie rice wine was delicious!

Came to Forest Park for a trip during the National Day holiday and booked this hotel, which I found to be excellent. 1. **Location**: It's less than a 10-minute walk to the East Gate of Forest Park and also less than a 10-minute walk to the long-distance bus station – perfect! 'Charming Xiangxi' is right next door. The bus station provides free shuttle service from the East Gate to the South Gate, so staying here makes it convenient for any route. 2. **Room**: The room was incredibly spacious with plenty of tables, making it easy to put things down. It had a bathtub, and the bathroom and toilet were separate. There's also a super large balcony outside. 3. **Service**: The staff were very enthusiastic. During check-in, they explained the Forest Park tour routes to us and even provided a map. Their explanation wasn't just a standard script; they recommended routes based on our arrival time and preferences, which turned out to be even better than our original plan. On the first night, they even sent up a fruit platter.

The room was spotless, and all the facilities were well-maintained. The air conditioning worked great, and the bedding was very soft. It's really close to Jingque, just a 5 to 10-minute walk to the East Gate landmark, and it's also convenient for visiting other attractions. They have a parking lot with charging stations, which is very handy. The service was enthusiastic, and the environment was comfortable.

The hotel's location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to Dongmen. The hotel breakfast was also delicious. There's an authentic local restaurant right outside the hotel that's also very good. The hotel customer service was incredibly friendly and accommodating. We had to cancel at the last minute, and they didn't charge us. The environment and hygiene were also top-notch. Highly recommended!
