They also offer a shuttle service to the East Gate of the scenic area, which compensated for not being right at the entrance. Their advice was very detailed, and the service was continuous; the 'electronic guide' was amazing, you could ask anything about the scenic area.
The service alone makes it worthwhile. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly, but a minor drawback was that the housekeeping carts seemed to be in the hallway a lot, perhaps because we woke up so late.
