Zhangjiajie Kongjie Valley

Excellent! The views are stunning, and the service is fantastic. Our housekeeper, Xiao Jiang, along with other dedicated staff like Yuan Hai and the driver, were all incredibly warm and attentive. I brought my parents this time, and they were very satisfied with the environment and service. We had a great stay. The environment is beyond words, situated at the highest point on the mountain with fresh air. It's very peaceful here; at night, you mostly hear the sounds of nature, which is incredibly calming. The hygiene conditions are also great. They even helped us wash and dry our clothes after hiking up the mountain at night. Breakfast was delicious, with beef rice noodles, various pastries, and both Chinese and Western options. The bedding was clean and not damp (which is a huge plus!), so we slept very comfortably. They offer pickup and drop-off services at the East Gate, and pretty much any travel-related question we had about Zhangjiajie was answered and resolved. It was very convenient.

If I could give this B&B a 100-point rating, I definitely would! We were immediately struck by the beautiful scenery upon arrival. The view from our room's window was absolutely stunning. Every staff member at the B&B was warm and attentive. We stayed here for four days and had absolutely no complaints. There are many cats and one adorable little dog at the B&B. When we weren't out sightseeing, just sitting in the yard, enjoying the breeze and looking at the mountains was incredibly soul-cleansing. This is the most comfortable B&B I've ever stayed in; I truly didn't want to leave.

This room is suitable for families with children. While the facilities are a bit old and limited, it's a good spot for self-driving travelers to enjoy a slow pace in Zhangjiajie. The natural scenery outside the window, directly facing the mountains, is lovely. The crickets at night were a bit noisy, but the service from the butler and the uncle completely made up for it. The uncle woke up early to help with our luggage and drove us to breakfast, which was a lot of work. It's about a 10-15 minute drive to the attractions, but be aware that the country roads are quite narrow and require good driving skills.

This is the best B&B I've ever stayed in. Not only are the views unbeatable, but the service is also beyond words. It was truly a worthwhile experience.

The scenery is absolutely stunning, and I slept incredibly well. The environment is super photogenic, beautiful in both rain and sunshine. The shuttle service from the East Gate was very convenient, only taking about ten minutes. The butler was warm and attentive. I'll definitely be back!
