Hampton by Hilton Zhangjiajie National Forest Park

The hotel is clean and hygienic, and very close to the bus station. At night, I even got to watch a drone show while lying in bed. Great value for money!

A very comfortable hotel experience during our trip! The breakfast was delicious, and it's super close to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. The front desk ladies were all so warm and welcoming, and they even had many thoughtful little activities.

This hotel, from its exterior and lobby to the rooms, is exceptionally clean and tidy. The front desk service is particularly warm and attentive. They even called in advance to ask about special requests for the room and upgraded us to a deluxe room type. The lobby also offers free freshly ground coffee, various complimentary beverages, and ice cream – this is the first hotel I've encountered that provides all drinks for free! The breakfast is a mix of Chinese and Western styles with a wide variety of options, I didn't even know what to choose. Plus, there's a free goodnight congee, and the self-service laundry and gym are very convenient. Everyone we met greeted us with a smile, and any items we needed were delivered promptly. It's only a 10-minute walk from the scenic spots, and transportation is very convenient. I highly recommend it.

The hotel is a standard, clean, and hygienic establishment. We booked a suite, and the skylight in the suite provided excellent natural light during the day. Laundry service is available, but the hotel was too crowded, with people often cutting in line, and it didn't feel very clean. The hotel breakfast was decent, and there were complimentary drinks in the lobby. The hotel is very close to the Wulingyuan Scenic Area and Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, about a 10-minute walk away. You can also walk across the street from the hotel to a more bustling commercial area.

We had a very comfortable stay. Although the hotel lobby and rooms are not large, we were very satisfied with our visit for three reasons: 1. The service was excellent, and the management was professional. We could even watch the drone show from our room at night. 2. It's clear that the hotel operators pay great attention to detail. The toilet paper was the thickest and most substantial I've ever encountered in any hotel. 3. The hotel lobby offered complimentary ice cream, popcorn, cola, and coffee. While these items might not be expensive, they certainly delight the guests. I have a few sincere suggestions: It would be great if the room could have a small sofa, as there was no place to put coats. You could remove the two-in-one table and stool unit near the window (I'm not sure what it's called) as it was wobbly for kids. Also, the shower gel in the bathroom was orange-scented, just like children's fever medicine (like Motrin), haha.

Coming to the Hilton Garden Inn Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, I felt the entire hotel was super clean and comfortable. The front desk service had a great atmosphere. The security guard helped with my luggage, and the front desk lady even poured me some tea. As soon as I entered, there was complimentary popcorn. After check-in, the front desk lady recommended local delicious food and fun places, and also mentioned that the hotel lobby offers free coffee, cookies, ice cream, and drinks. After climbing the mountain in the evening, I was too tired to go out for dinner, and surprisingly, the hotel also provides a free self-service pastry bar. The housekeeping staff even provided me with a foot bath bucket to soothe my tired body. The breakfast area was spacious and bright, and there were many international guests. The food selection looked abundant, including salads, fruits, local specialty rice noodles, and more. There's also a drone show and local traditional performances nearby, making it a lively place. This trip was definitely worth it and highly recommended!

The surrounding area is bustling with a commercial street, offering convenient options for dining and foot massages. The hotel's twin room was spacious and tidy, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom, and plenty of water pressure for the shower. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and even provided a clearly marked park tour map. The hotel also offers free popsicles and cold drinks on the first floor, which was a thoughtful touch. Overall, I've saved this hotel and it's definitely worth revisiting or recommending to friends.

The hotel is great, easy to find, and within walking distance to restaurants and shows. The breakfast is excellent, and the cleanliness is top-notch. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. We had to check out early due to rain, and it went smoothly.
